    @JioCare I am continually sending mail for my refund for my jio fiber last 3 month. Every time new person replying mail and want 14 days. very poor and customer care service they not bothered about old customer he just wants new connectio.i not recommended to anyone.

    Moved to a new house, yet to transfer @reliancejio broadband. Was hoping @Airtel_Presence will be able to suffice. It's down 2nd time in 3 days. Most unreliable telecom service provider.

    @JioCare facing issue with Jio fiber from past 1 wk. Raised complaints multiple times, still no resolution. Your service man just ask me for OTP over phone and he marks issue as resolved. PATHETIC. Your customer care team is clueless. Service request no - SR00001ITXMG

    @JioCare see i told you he wont come. you have taken free money for a month without internet Number SR00001IRVS4, the resolution for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number has been delayed due to technical reasons and is expected to get resolved within 24 hours.
