@0xabhith @reliancejio @JioCare Yeah they will do that only. I will recommend dont use, they are completely liars. I have ordered a cancellation and they are ghosting me and minting my money only. Such a shame that they called themself in the biggest telecommunications service.

@reliancejio I had a good experience with jio sim and jio fiber till 1 October but now as I am having issue regarding my jio fiber I raised a complain to the team jio engineer visited to my house and denied I will not fix this issue do whatever you want go with airtel broadband

@shailesh_gore @HathwayBrdband Terminate their services and look for alternate service provider. I did same and opted for @reliancejio and very happy even with 30mbps plan.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI This is my 43rd complaint with no resolution. Inspite of full DND I am receiving promotional SMS with different number from same set of merchants every day. Pls do not ask me to DM you as nobody responds there from jio. Screenshot of SMS is attached

@JioCare I am the one who is experiencing it. This is not only about the service. Its pure negligence and respect towards the customer. I asked the agent if the connection will be given today, he said yes and asked me to pay the amount.
