    @JioCare I had two connection of jio fiber, these fixed line number are 1. 014-13558141 2. 014-13591506 I need to surender both the connections, need refund of security deposit. Have tried calling customer care but no option to speak to executive. Tried through email, no response.

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber connection is functional on the first floor. It has to travel a distance of less than 15 metres. Reliance so indifferent & inefficient in selling a new connection Then what would happen when you have installed it & collected money- there is problem.

    @reliancejio Very poor Jio fiber after sale service. My Internet is OFF since 07.00 hrs. Assured by Support service for attending by 6.00 PM. Still waiting. All office work held up. JAI HO " JIO.

    Dear @airtelindia I'm thinking that airtel network is best, so please don't force me to change from you to any other operator like @JioCare, as I'm facing no connectivity issue from 1st May and I had already raised the complaint on 2nd but still now I haven't received any revert

    @JioCare hey useless service provider.. your service is pathetic in my area.. the executive I contacted with was ready to provide me information about porting to other networks.. all people in my area are facing issue with network.. still no resolution. You are just fooling us

    @reliancejio @JioCare - SR0000158NM5 - Can you guys expedite the process, your Reg. service manager Mr Ajay do not respond to calls. I HAVE NO INTERNET & AGENT ON CALL SAID IT WILL BE FIXED BY & PM TODAY and NOONE HAS CALLED ME. I WORK FRM HOME AND CANNOT WAIT for long.

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection is down since morning.Even after repeated complaints no enginner has came out to fix it. I am in Delhi and and my jio fiber landline is +91-1179698751. My work is getting impacted.
