  @JioCare I have already mentioned its the same location, not only myself my surrounding people also facing the same issue. No tower , no signal, nothing is there. Are you guys are playing with the consumers, no service person or technician came to the location to check.

  @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Complaint registered on May 6 (SR000035B69F) for Voice Calling issue. Without resolution, it was marked 'Resolved'. Reopened on May 9, but now put 'ON HOLD' without any site visit. Resolve it ASAP!

  @vikassingh48914 @reliancejio @JioCare I am also facing similar issue with my Jio Airfiber connection from last one month. I have already raised this issue with the Jio customer support and later escalated to appellate authority but nothing changed. I would recommend you to end Jio services, they are not going to help

  Complaint No- SR000035G1MV Have been trying to get my jio fibre connectivity issue resolved since 3 days now. The response to the complaint is absolutely pathetic. There is no option to directly speak to anyone if the technician does not visit. 1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio
