Why should I pay for the services technician visit of Jio fiber, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen when they disconnect the calls of customers without giving resolution and don't call back even after many complaints the resolution is not given. @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice 2/2 instead of visiting.. your engineer or technician referring us to #Airtel . Just received a call from a sales executive and he was like I have been informed that you are facing problems in Jio Fiber... you can switch to Airtel with a better plan.....

Very poor service Provide by @reliancejio @JioSanjay, I am suffering with last 3 months on the same. There customers care is worse not providing proper support and there senior is more worsening. I have getting so much disappointed with the team and getting losses in the business

@iamatulkansal When calling on customer support they are disconnecting the calls without giving any resolution, from last 2 visits I have to pay the technician to do service at my location I want justification on this issue and get this resolved as soon as possible. @JioCare
