    @JioCare Your support team is pathetic and not trained at all to resolve customers queries. They just kick the ball here and there. If you resolve this issue, then the other support engineers are incompetent to be in your team.

    @JioCare @JioCare my issue is still not resolved even after multiple follow ups, the recharge done is not against a wrong number, the transaction was done for genuine number only but the status is still not reflecting and my concern is not addressed. @TRAI kindly help..

    @JioCare Jio's service is so bad that it's beyond praise. And then your Jio employees call you every day, harassing you, "Sir, get a recharge done." What good is a recharge when the network is so poor? The internet doesn't work, and you can't even talk properly on calls. First,
