Couldn’t be more surprised, Escalated two hours back and now 4 @reliancejio people at my premises with some heavy devices, troubleshooting broken Jio Fiber Line. So far more reliable than other Broadband providers in terms of Customer Service and Dependability.

A non telecommunications companies customer care would not have a option for internal transfer but a telecommunications company customer care @JioCare rep stating that they don't have the application to do internal transfer is quite questionable .Good one @fiber_jio hats off to u

@JioCare @reliancejio I called the customer service for help, your customer service representative named *Manjunath* was really rude and unhelpful when I tried to complain about jio service and his behaviour he thanked me and hung up the call! My problem is not yet been solved.!

@reliancejio I m very sad to say our most renowned brand of India is giving the worst quality of service. Since last 3 days I m unable to avail my jio fibre service. I camplained so may times but every time got the procrastinating response by saying the technical issues.
