@JioCare your fiber customer support team is worst. I raised a complaint on 29/03/21 the issue is not resolved and they closed my complaint. Today also i raised a complaint and they again closed it. @JioCare Social media team also doesn't response properly.

@JioCare By when the issue will be resolved can you give a fixed timeline apart from various fake commitments that I have been getting from last three days and to my surprise now a new date and time allotted to me which is 02.03.2021@ 11:00-12:00Hrs.This is simply pissing me off.

@JioCare pathetic service. Trying to get converted to prepaid from postpaid. But your team says port to a different operator. They tried switching my number to prepaid but they are facing issues. Do you really want me to get ported out due to this issue?

@JioCare it’s a scam ...... My jiofiber was installed but was never activated.... the customer care ppl didn’t react to the complaint..... all complaints raised were closed without resolution..... the cancellation request was acted after 45 days .... 1/2....refund only partial
