@JioCare Still not resolved. Really bad service @JioCare The support executives tell the same thing everyday not understanding the issue at all. Engineers? They came two times, but failed to repair. And every time they say the same thing.

@JioCare very poor network at jhujar nagar, Mohali , punjab, postal code 160055. Me and my room mate facing worst network service since last 2 weeks. Pls resolve either we have to change service provider. @rsprasad ji pls set some norms for network speed for service providers.

@JioCare You just focus to increase your customers but don't focus to give the same services what we pay for. You are bullying us by saying that you provide 4G Network but the reality is that you are not even able to provide 2G network. If your service is good then why I get .(1)

@JioCare This is really frustrating to follow up with Jio team since last 25 days for billing issue. It is very shameful on part of Jio that there system itself are not malfunctioning due to which I am having such an issue and nobody in Jio is helping on this.

@reliancejio we have taken Jio Fiber plan . Got the CONNECTION bt. not working , unable to find customer care number. I have My Jio app ..now there seems to be wrong feeding of data by your exe. The OTP is not received. My mobile 8797787803 . Please get it resolved .
