@JioCare I'm a advocate, associated with my Learned brother Md.G.Madani,(Jio no-7008574595) Advocate Orissa High Court. It is situated just 10 meter distance 4m ur tower installed at Bazar Sahi, Dhamnagar NAC. Now Court is functioning through video conferencing ur video network failed.

@JioCare it's been two days raised a service request for frequent internet disconnections. Fluctuations in network. No proper solution so far. It's not great customer treatment as you boast everywhere. It's disturbing day to day activities and work.

@JioCare why does it take 5days to for a simple set top box to be delivered??? And what's with the service engineers calling, asking the location and ultimately not showing up??? Please look into it, customer care is of no help!!
