@reliancejio Good afternoon sir, Last 4 days Jio network is very slow so we have facing much more problems for official work &other purposes.Their r 2 Tower has been installation but why the NW is very slow doesn't understand. Bhagbanpur G.p/Dhamnagar/Bhadrak Pls look very soon

@JioCare I'm a advocate, associated with my Learned brother Md.G.Madani,(Jio no-7008574595) Advocate Orissa High Court. It is situated just 10 meter distance 4m ur tower installed at Bazar Sahi, Dhamnagar NAC. Now Court is functioning through video conferencing ur video network failed.

Hi @JioCare I have to raise one more request SR000019EHHH today to fix the internet issues. I had raised SR000018Y70H on 22 Feb I have to wait for 5 to 6 days everytime issue occur and I don't get any support from the helpdesk @JioCare is the worst and hopeless customer service

@JioCare when the internet speed problem will be solved in my Area, after a million times of complaint no result, the only answer I get is "so many user are there". THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM, I CAN'T DO MY WORK. ND how many user are there at 6am. Why there is zero speed at thattime

@reliancejio hell. With your service... From last two days i am visiting your outlet to get my esim to normal sim... But every day they are telling either system is down or person is not available... So now is that so that customer has to obey jio timing to visit to get service?
