    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very weak network and poor internet in my current location and all the jio user facing this issue. Particularly internet connection speed is very weak. Kindly fix this. Or else you may lose subscriber base over here.. #Talcher_Town

    @JioCare @reliancejio Don't know why jio is not Fixing the issue of Temporary congestion at location where the users are more. For me,I am facing thus issue from last 3 days and called the jio customer care for more than 15 times in this 3 days but till now its not solved .

    @reliancejio I'm unable to call jio customer care since 3 days and no response from other side and only not on this number but also from other jio sims I use This is not expected

    @JioCare I need to buy a Jio-fi device in Allahabad but it's unavailable at the local centres here and customer care doesn't pick up. Shows out of stock online as well.

    @reliancejio @JioCare, today I visited to reliance jio service center at Jehanabad(Pin-804408), despite of availability of the battery, they refused to replace it, saying as if they will not go back to their godown to take back the product.

    @JioCare my jiofiber is down for 3 days! And I'm In quarantine. Pretty sure the issue is not about the modem and issue has nothing to do inside our house. Please do something. I have important works to do. Pretty sure the issue is outside our house.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst handling of new jio fiber connection, after 2 days getting 2 messages simeltaniously, 1 for connection time 2 for rejection.
