    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I am facing very weak 5G signal strength in my area, which is significantly affecting my internet usage and overall service experience. Location Details: Village: Kotha Giriya Palle Post: Vellatur Mandal: Pendlimarri District: Kadapa (YSR District) State: Andhra Pradesh PIN Code: 516216 It is important to highlight that on your official website and coverage map, my village and even the surrounding 1–2 km areas are clearly marked as 5G coverage zones. However, in reality, the network is extremely weak, unstable, and often falls back to 4G. This clearly indicates a mismatch between the claimed coverage and actual service quality, which is misleading to customers. Additionally, nearby villages are receiving proper 5G coverage, while my village continues to suffer from poor signal strength and unstable connectivity. This issue is affecting hundreds of families in our village who are using Jio services. Our village is a densely populated area, and the earlier explanation provided by your team stating “low population” is incorrect. I have already raised multiple complaints through customer care and also escalated the issue via social media platforms. However, no effective resolution has been provided so far. I request you to treat this matter seriously and take the following actions: Conduct a detailed technical network survey in our village Correct the false 5G coverage representation if actual service is not available Improve 5G signal strength and coverage in the area Provide a clear timeline for resolution If this issue is not resolved, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter further to the through the official grievance portal for misleading service claims.     @JioCare, I've updated my JioFiber Registered Mobile Number from. While the RMN is updated, OTT subscriptions are still mapped to the old number and I can't access them through my new number. Pls sync my profile and fix this mapping issue ASAP. #JioFiber #JioCare #CustomerService
