    @JioCare @reliancejio Very weak network and poor internet in my current location and all the jio user facing this issue. Particularly internet connection speed is very weak. Kindly fix this. Or else you may lose subscriber base over here.. #Talcher_Town

    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I have Jio fober at home and need STB, I am following from last 5 days just for STB but no proper answer. local guys are not at all picking call now. Customer carreis keep on postponing me by 24hours, Is this what we should expect from you?? @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare worst after sale service i have been waiting since Friday as my jiofiber is not but none of your service provider is paying heed to my request kindly look into that it's a matter of grave concern just setting up jio setup box isn't enough. Ref No. SR00001B2F2Q

    @JioCare SR00001B4HLS is open from last 24 hours and no one is providing support on this. Also can you audio last 5 calls regarding this request and check how your support team giving false commitments. As per them they are working from home and can't help.

    Terrible service by @JioCare. Paying for 500mbps but still providing slow network. Despite calling customer care they are making fun by making us to wait for 20-30 mins on call then dropping. Jio fibre is mafia. We will sue them for cheating their customers. @JioChat @DoT_India
