    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    Based on my experience, do not trust the Jio Fiber. I was mis-sold the wrong plan, misled with false promises, ignored after payment and given pathetic service for since the beginning. The entire experience felt fraudulent. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am still facing the issue, highlighted multiple times to the customer support team. Nobody is able to help. There is no Audio in the STB Box, no engineer visit is done. Its better I disconnect the Jio Fiber connection. If your team cannot help

    Even this week, Jio internet has gone down 4–5 times, often for 5–6 hours. I am self employed and depend entirely on the internet. I have delayed client deliveries, received warnings and lost productive working hours because of this. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Jio Team ive made the payment to get my services restored but iam still waiting for an update from you guys , how will adjust the 15 days amoutn which ive not used . WIll you issue a refund to me or will you be adjusting the same in future bills.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have many times complaint regarding internet issues but network team not solve this problem gone more times least 2 month above. My number 7504268626
