I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

I have been told by jio person that device will be picked from the new address but they are denying to pick the device. I have already taken new jio fiber connection.

Two days ago, the device failed to register a trip, even though the app correctly displayed all the vehicle data and location. This clearly indicates that the device was connected and functioning, yet the trip was not recorded.

Internet speeds are so slow that even WhatsApp messages fail to send or receive, and YouTube videos don't load. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved.
