    @reliancejio @JioCare : Absolute rubbish network in Bhubaneswar, CRPF Campus area, Odisha since yesterday. Speed equivalent to 3g. Is this for what I am paying for your tariffs ??

    @reliancejio @JioCare Kindly note that since last 15 days, communication over my existing jio number is not satisfactory (voice dropping) Hope,the earlier orientation of the antennas in nearest mobile phone tower is disturbed due unknown reason. Request for good service. Tks

    @JioCare I have wasted much money in jio since it was launched. Your support says there are many users in my area. So I get 2G speed. There is no such app or website where jio works. Location: Sastri Nagar, unit-4, Bhubaneswar

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

    @JioCare my service request is 300645997089. My concern is that no one is coming to pickup the device. I have been told by jio person that device will be picked from the new address but they are denying to pick the device. I have already taken new jio fiber connection.

    @JioCare Ok, solve my problem as soon as possible, I need a speedy resolution end of the day. I disappointed for this unsatisfactory resolution from Your end. You said that 8.3.2022 is final date, and see it's now half of the day of 9.3.2022. Really really it's very worst experience.

    @reliancejio Requested for a new connection at my location and all the society permission documents also provided to the concerned person. No one is taking any kind of action to take this to closure. This way JIO will loose business to competetor. Can someone help on this

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service of Jio Fiber in Surya Nagr, BBSR. I regret the decision of opting for Jio Fiber very badly. Ignorant engineers and sales guys. Paid nearly 8k and they haven’t given me a bill yet.

    Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio my issue is resolved as per appointment scheduled. Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

    @JioCare Please roll out your services in my location , I need the connection any how please roll out within 5 days, your service engineer said to me there have fiber cable but not have box so please add a connection box in that location it will be helpful to all the people in my location

    @reliancejio @JioCare was trying to port in to Jio from airtel postpaid. Tried the online KYC self. Everything smooth but at the end my money’s debited and i got a msg due to incomplete docs i cant port in. Now your customer care and jio store both are not refunding my money What the hell !!

    @JioCare Thanks for the response. But can you please confirm why the issue is not resolved for such a long time. I also had a similar bad experience in refund of the failed payment as well during installation. For which I had to follow up with customer support for almost a month.

    Post 3/3 The worst part? I can't even speak to customer support because the IVR says a service request is already open and won't connect me to an agent. Complete waste of time, money, and mobile data. Please resolve this permanently. @JioCare #JioFiber #Chennai
