Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

Yesterday I was assured the issue would be resolved by EOD, but there is still no internet, no update, and no accountability. Only automated responses. I have even had to buy additional mobile data to continue my work.
