I have a 5G phone and living in a area where Jio has 5G network and have higher recharged plan. Jio is unable to provide 5G services to eligible customers in serviceable area but trying to increase its footprint to other cities. Jio should ensure proper services. @JioCare

Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. Jio is just a bad network especially in rural areas as they don't want to invest there. @JioCare @reliancejio
