@_that_funnyguy_ @JioCare @reliancejio Thay dont. They only texts. I have complained about 10 times.I alws do get a call from them and as per them "it will be solved in 2 to 3 days. We will call u back when problem will be solved. I m chceking it personally. L" No call back from them, and problem continues hereafter.

Customers can be promoters of your business if you have the ability to satisfy with your good offerings as like @reliancejio but don't be like @BSNLCorporate which has 2 lakh+ employees but customer satisfaction is zero. And we can see the worst conditions of a govt. company.

@reliancejio @TRAI I'm from Bhubanewar, Odisha. The 4G service of my locality is very poor. I think jio is not even maintaining 2G speed. I want a strong action against @reliancejio. They are charging every months but the quality of service is very poor.

@reliancejio @JioCare At Infosys BBSR SEZ Campus near Arisol network connectivity is too much poor. Some time no network at all. We r going here and thr for network. Can you please look into this matter as priority. There are almost 5000 professionals working here.

@somitsrivastav_ @JioCare They are fooling people. Its been from 29th June My internet is not working. I complained multiple times. I need internet for WorkFromHome. Can't affort 12hour downtime. @JioCare is taking more than 5days to solve. Switch to ACT or other better service. I will do in some days.

@JioCare If somebody is concerned in to this matter the problem was resolved four day ago but after several reminders no action has been taken. This is nothing else but switching your customer to another option by laziness of your staff.

2 days of rains and jio fiber is down for 4 days. A complain is tended 24 hours later and still the issue is not resolved. There is not enough enquiry to fix things at one go and people who run their houses on online economy have the bear losses. @reliancejio @JioCare
