    Hlo @DoT_India please look into my problem. I am using @reliancejio sim and it's network is pathetic. I have lodged a complain several times but no action is taken. Now they have hiked the price too. No matter we will pay the amount but but we need to be provided with best.

    @JioCare I have raised a complain regarding data network which is not available since May 2019 we are having around 15 connections of Jio if your team can't able to restore it by this week we have to switch to another network. We have made this complain n number of times.

    I have called jio 1 year ago to give a complain about the seed of Internet is very very slow They told me to wait for 180 days we are working on it It’s have been 1 year till now I am getting the same problem I HAVE 4G (JIO) AND SEED IS 100 Kbps #jio #jiospeed #jiocare #jio1

    Always network strength 60-70 in our capital of odisha,location is vss nagar road, b/l colony,vss nagar, bhubaneswar,odisha 751007.after contacting care ,he says "time lagega".he don't say how many days fix it. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is an issue with every other @reliancejio user. May be becoz of Congestion of network with so many ppl using the same network at a particular place. Do try n solve this at @CtcBalijatra .

    @reliancejio dear jio i m supposed 2 pay u 555 for 3 months then I deserves to get best of ur service. But i see no point to pay u such a huge amount as I am not at all satisfied with your service in my locality. Even @BSNLCorporate provides better services than you.

    @reliancejio I have an issue regarding retaining my old corporate sim and transferring it to personal use. When I visited nearby jio care at siliguri they are unable to transfer to personal number??. On enquiry your staff told me as your sim belong from Kolkata circle.

    @JioCare Should have some sense I pity u keep on replying the same msg without sending the onsite engineers. Worst service ever i seen with jio. Lost trust in jio. Seems like yur engineers works in other countries and then come to india for support .worst services
