All Telecom operators are increased their tariff, charges etc and decreased their network strength. One answer we are working on it. I raised the complaint after coming back to India. They didn’t reply to my complaint for days when followed back aggressively then they gave some dumb replies to eat time, only to say one day that now time has crossed for any type of refund.
