    @JioCare Please, no need to appreciate our patience. We are paying for 4G internet & getting speeds of below 3G/2G & since last 15 days the network is also disappearing. Return our recharge amount. This is the worst experience with @reliancejio since it's arrival.

    @JioCare Please roll out your services in my location , I need the connection any how please roll out within 5 days, your service engineer said to me there have fiber cable but not have box so please add a connection box in that location it will be helpful to all the people in my location

    @JioCare Hi, it seems that the fiber speed has been reduced and frequent net drop. I switched from bsnl fiber to jio fiber for a better service but seems like a doomsday ahead 🥺🤐

    Very bad experience with @JioCare @reliancejio 10 days no phone calls no engineer visit. Only excuses... we are working, technical issues etc. etc . Jio fibre..... Not Recommended . @airtelindia now i have to change my mind, they never gonna solve my problem. I want Airtel fibre

    @reliancejio @JioCare is threatening me to delete or inactivate my JIO number which I am not recharging since past few days because I have taken JIO Fiber connection on that number. May be its time to move on to different network and fiber service provider?

    Dear @reliancejio, why is your network coverage so patchy in Bhubaneswar? In Jaydev Vihar where I live and Mancheswar where I work, people complain of not being able to reach me on phone. This been happening for a long time. Can you help or should I switch? @JioCare

    @reliancejio Hey there I have already requested to relocate my jio fiber connection still is not relocated and the service engineer of Jio fiber he said to me we can not give you the connection at this time because there have no connection box .

    @JioCare Ok, solve my problem as soon as possible, I need a speedy resolution end of the day. I disappointed for this unsatisfactory resolution from Your end. You said that 8.3.2022 is final date, and see it's now half of the day of 9.3.2022. Really really it's very worst experience.

    @JioCare Make it fast. Taking more than 24 hours for a simple repair is not the customer service I expect. Also not sure what you meant by current situation. If you meant rain warning in Chennai, it's over from yesterday.

    What a worst net service there in eastern Up Jakhania , Ghazipur fist Lalla pur or soma Rai village . Nt getting even single point internet. it’s saying no net service. Pin 275203 wd this speed u.p villages developing 4G . @JioCare @reliancejio six month back I have complete 2/1

    @JioCare Thank you that you showed some interest.. I left JIO few months back since I was not happy with the Network here in my area, Arjun Nagar, Amravati.. Complaint not resolved.. I ported to BSNL, stating a responsible citizen to support falling graph of @BSNLCorporate ..

    Part 1 @JioCare I've called today, about 5 times and all the executives I've called haven't responded well and have abruptly cut my call. It shows that the company as a whole isn't committed to: 1. Customer Service. 2. Hires Incompetent People. 3. Has Extremely Bad Policies.

    @JioCare Also i recently recharged with bsnl 499 pack of 3gb per day and now they cut it down to 2gb, without stating any reason.. A customer should face all problems and service provider will enjoy the money.. That what I said, @BSNLCorporate had all powers but नियत की कमी है।
