Have paid for new fiber connection but it has been refunded because as per service provider no port is available in our colony nd they denied to increase the port .it is scenario of jio service in capital of odisha. @reliancejio @agrawalvishal @OdishaJio

@JioCare I have mailed multiple times to Jio customer care and visited jio care and swap the sim but unfortunately nothing worked. 5G is daydream 4G running as 2G.

@JioCare The service engineer visited was unable to resolve the issue. He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

@JioCare Ghatkopar East Kailash tower centre. I visited on 21/6 and 23/6 at 6 pm. Sim got struck in dongle. I took it on 21/6 if the centre can take it out.important issue is for customers of my age it’s possible that finger prints are feeble. What’s the solution?
