  @JioCare Shared the details through direct mag. Let’s see what is the solution your are offering. Don’t come and say we don’t have the system to trace the payment and auto activation of service. Someone will do it manually and it may take 6 days.

  I applied for a fiber connection & paid for 6 months in advance. After the payment & paperwork,I dint my connection. I called the incharge he said me unparliamentary language. He said we are not bound to give u service. Do what ever u want. This wasn'texpect from @reliancejio

  @JioCare Yes I know the installation date is on 29/06/2021 but my problem is no one is contacting me regarding installation and the guy who visited and verified my documents said I will get call from installation guy. On installation day just like today the appointment gets rescheduled

  @JioCare I ported to Jio from Airtel recently. Without having used much of internet how is it that everyday data gets exhausted by mid of day. Inspite of 2GB top up, it shows 90% data exhausted. While half the day, I haven’t used the phone today. Fix this please. @reliancejio

  @Nivedan6042 @JioCare @reliancejio Taking it forward, they had sent me "an after service" feedback link via SMS which does not gets submitted on lower ratings. This service issue prolonged for 6 days of outage. My money has not been refunded.
