    @JioCare I've been trying to get fibernet connection in my area(CT Road, Puri, Odisha) but none of your representatives call back. I can see JIO fibernet wires right in front of my house that means it's available in my area. Kindly help fast.

    @JioCare hello sir, my voucher of 5gb is not working as my main data as overed I can't usse internet, I explained all to ur customer care team but yet I didn't get any result. Plz sir do something as u know now how much it is essential for WFH people.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @anmol_ambani Now a day Jio network is very slow . Customers complains aren't taken care. I am staying at #Gudiapokhari , Jio network speed is very poor, many people changed to Airtel , I am also going to switch if problem persist

    @JioCare obviously!!the same address i mentioned before! and it most of places in my city the problem is there. worst internet service..now a days the call services are getting worse. connection is so poor that one cant hear the voice from another side

    Hi Phone Pe team, Today I have recharged one of my jio phone by PhonePe application. Amount was deducted 239 but still is showing under process since morning and recharge was not successfully. Please look into this happening issues @PhonePeSupport @JioCare

    @jiocare @reliancejio worst ever service by JIO you want me to pay twice for a network issue from your end this shows how a customer suffers when market becomes monopoly , @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia at least they value there customers very bad by JIO

    @JioCare I am using Jio sim last 6 years and I think right now the time time came to switch from jio to other telecom operator. In my area I am facing slow internet issue since 5 months and i complained sk many times but did not get any satisfactory result.

    @JioCare Hey Neha, we had been through these multiple services requests but no luck and I do have call recording with jio customer care and jio officer from local office and they refrain from helping, I can share the screenshot again of speed that I see now for support Check and expedite

    The internet in my area is so unstable and not only my mobile internet but also the wifi here, I contacted the customer care once for another issue so when I asked him about ping and unstability of the internet it was ignored @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare 5th outage in 45 days .. connection is highly un reliable,with work from home and cctv connection I am seriously thinking of changing to a better service provider

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by “next few days”
