I was promised 30 Mbps, but for the last 5–7 days I'm getting only 1 Mbps (minimum) to 5.6 Mbps (maximum). I raised Service Request SR0003D9OG3 on 05/08/2026, but no one has bothered to follow up or resolve the issue. Is this the customer service standard of Reliance—sell the product, collect the money, and then forget the customer? This kind of indifference reflects arrogance and a complete disregard for customer trust. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved immediately. #JioAirFiber #PoorService #CustomerExperience

I was initially told it would be done on August 6th, but now they are saying it will be installed on August 8th. For such a major company, the service is appalling—Airtel would have been a better choice. Jio has been disappointing right from the start. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment. The request number provided to me is LR00001ELIW3, and the reference transaction ID is 2020080221045000029 / 0636121751279229. My mobile number is 8104022446. Ultimately, I want to know when this installation will take place—or if it will happen at all. @JioCare
