  @JioCare I am using Jio sim last 6 years and I think right now the time time came to switch from jio to other telecom operator. In my area I am facing slow internet issue since 5 months and i complained sk many times but did not get any satisfactory result.

  @JioCare 7 days internet & call are not working due to jio tower which is installed in my village is stopped working and I have made complain to jio care and also make tweet regarding this issue but no resolution and no jio network team still not come to solve this problem.

  Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. Jio is just a bad network especially in rural areas as they don't want to invest there.@reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio I'm a customer of jio fiber from last 3 months, and my experience with jio fiber is very bad. After service is measurable. I was assured a gift fre with my subscription but didn't got it till date. There no one to speak to even.

  @JioCare Im having worst experience of getting new jio air fiber connection.I have waited for almost one month and got cancelled due to out of stock.When stock arrived i didnt got my refund back to reorder my air fiber.kindly process my refund by afternoon so that i can place new order.

  🚨 Fraud alert be cautious with Jio! If you’re in a non-metro city, think twice before paying an advance for Jio services. In my experience, they may take the payment upfront, fail to provide the service due to infrastructure issues, and then refuse to refund @reliancejio

  🚨 SCAM ALERT @reliancejio - Paid ₹1,500 for Jio AirFiber, but your engineer confirmed it wasn’t feasible, so we cancelled. It’s been over a month with no refund. Customer care is just an endless IVR with no human to address the issue. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable!!!!
