    @jio_fiber @JioCare Jio Fiber , this is second incident of Wi-Fi, not working in 10 days. Dear Customer, With reference to Service Request number SR000037RUKJ. Is this a joke? This is happening every second day. I have to finally switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare already wasted my 54 mnts in order to elaborate my issue to incompetent jio care representatives. Go through that call recording, (I also have) and provide a solution Nobody has so much free time to spend on such junk. U make call Adani ji and ask for CTO number for chat

    The issue remains unresolved despite open escalation tickets and multiple follow-ups. Customers should not have to spend days chasing support after paying in advance for a yearly subscription @JioCare

    @JioCare Multiple complaints, zero resolution. Poor network, frequent call drops, slow internet, and even Wi-Fi Calling doesn't work. Less focus on ads, more focus on network quality. Customers deserve better. #Jio

    @JioCare My internet has been out since last night, and this is now the 3rd time the resolution timeline has been pushed back. Continuous delays, poor communication, and no accountability. Why are you ruining my weekend? This level of service is unacceptable. #JioFiber
