@JioCare @reliancejio My internet isn’t working since 1 AM 18th, complaint SR00001CAHYP registered around 10 AM on 18th. It’s more then 30 hours but no one turned up or called me. May I know when can I get service to restore internet???

@reliancejio @JioCare I'm not receiving OTP and I have reported this issue on Feb 2022 since then no resolution & I reported the same issue again today with Jio in app chat support the rep denied to log a complaint and later he shared some fake number & disconnected the chat😡

Even after 2 months of complaining Jio still havent got my connection restored. Nither it is refunding my 6000/- recharge money due to incompetence by them. Please beware everyone from availing their services. Service number SR00001BXCEN. @JioCare @MukeshAmbaniOf #Jio #JioFiber
