    @JioCare It’s annoying after first few messages. What further degradation beyond the already pathetic service? I’m a postpaid plus customer & such is the network quality that I’ve to use @airtelindia for WFH.

    @JioCare It went off line again at 4.29 pm today and tried contacting call centre which took more than 3 min to reach agent and took 3 minutes to make agent understand the purpose of call and existing open complaint by then it was restored... this is really pathetic service
