@JioCare Jio network has been so slow for the past one week, the network is not constant it goes on and off at regular intervals, you can't even do instagram and you tube browsing goes back to 144p automatically, you really need to do smething about this.

26 hours since @reliancejio fiber connection stopped working. The resolution time given by @JioCare has passed. Field engineer Sujesh mobile number 90360 17801 says it will be fixed in 1 year (yes, 1 year is what he said)!!!! Social Media team of Jio Care stopped responding.

@reliancegroup So bad Jiofiber. We're tired of calling customer care & talking with them. Nothing gets fixed. @JioCare cant fix our ping with Millions of money of Ambani's. The worst fiber in India
