2/3 this is clearly unprofessional behaviour and pathetic services. On one side @JioCare claims best in class service and on other side employees line Randhir Ranjan are destroying Image of the Company I want strict action against this or else I will cancel my connection request

@JioCare Why nobody came to home, as promised in ur email n sms.. thatz what irritates customers… u guys throw customer away in dustbin once recharge done or new device is bought.. atrocious… at least stick to ur timelines.. now what is the time limit..or is it open ended

@JioCare Have the problem both on my mobile and jio. Numbers are seperate. Tell me the resolution to my problem if you have one, don't drag me around the bush. Problem is "Connection timed out" and "Your IP address has changed please login again" Don't need instructions on recharge.

@reliancejio worest signal in my area in thurkaplly we are calling to so many times Ur customer care .but no body responds. Still 5 day's I have loosed my net balance every day. Pls revert my message and solve the problem. In thurkaplly are Hyderabad.
