    @JioCare but the connection worked properly for only 3 days before the same problem returned. Despite raising multiple complaints, sending emails, calling customer care several times, and visiting the Jio Center repeatedly, I have not received a proper resolution. (2/7)

    Jio AirFiber service is the worst in my area. I'm paying for a 100 Mbps plan, but I'm only getting around 8 Mbps. I reported an issue with my set-top box on July 1, and it's still not fixed. It's been days with no resolution. @JioCare @reliancejio #jioairfiber

    Dear @JioCare, during rains in Raghumandal Sayer, 5G stops working immediately. Also, your local tower gives barely 3 hours of battery backup. Fix this permanently, or I will be forced to port my number to Airtel. DM me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Not assigned any engineer for the scheduled Service request raised for 05-JULY-2026 6 PM. Waste of customer time and facing same issue multiple times. Every time customer have to face problems. Very pathetic service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Every new agent asks for my JioFiber ID, RMN, and the same details again. Do you even read previous DMs? Stop repeating the same process and resolve the issue

    @JioCare Thank you for your response. Kindly provide: 1.The expected date and time by which the issue will be permanently resolved. 2.The ticket/reference number for the network optimization work. 3.Confirmation that this complaint will not be closed until the issue is actually resolved.

    @wolfden13x @JioCare All I get to hear from them is everything is good at the backend. And basic troubleshooting like I'm unaware as to how you do that!! 16th June se chal raha hai yeh and zero resolution. I've paid annual plan re or else I would change.
