@JioCare @reliancejio 3) I use my device at home, and only two devices can connect at the same time. My jiofi Device is in a good coverage area. I also use USB connectivity and wireless connectivity The same problem occurs. Using my Jio sim on my phone and jiofi, I'm still experiencing the same issue.

@JioCare But when I am in a constant place (not moved an inch) why my network keeps switching to 4g? I have to turn on & off the flight mode to get the 5g signal. Even tried with a different mobile same issue.

@JioCare very poor customer service. Totally disappointed. Call center just doesn't bother & resolve, only trained to patiently listen to fed up customers giving false promises of resolution. Totally unprofessional.

@JioCare @reliancejio 5) The Sim activated, but the same problem persisted. Than I use my new Jio sim in my smartphone, still the same problem occurs, internet access via IPv6 only with fewer websites. & no IPV4 is working on my Jio sim.

Providing service is the right way than the word of mouth, providing the promises services to customer is important than the false price and the brand name @reliancejio @JioCare your team in anantapur failed to provide the services and forcing us to cancel the connection
