  @JioCare @reliancejio Your new order has no payment/transaction details in the invoice. I never placed or authorized this order. My original order was cancelled, so explain how this new order was created and where my payment went. This needs immediate investigation and refund.

  @JioCare Problem is not resolved. Every time I go out I have to goto aeroplane mode every few minutes. I make UPI pay, emt at one shop after reset, again I have to reset on next shop. What is this world class service? @TRAI

  @reliancejio @jiocare What d hell! U cancelled my previous SRs & raised a new 1 instead of resolving d issue. This is now my 5th SR. No resolution today, and I’ll approach the Consumer Forum. @reliancemukesh Ji, is this Jio’s idea of customer service? I won’t recommend Jio 2 any1

  If anyone wants to subscribe to Jio network, think twice. For 4 days they cud not fix my problem. There is utter confusion and rotten system. Everytime some responds from Punjab/Gujarat & they send technician no.& name no longer in their rolls.@reliancejio

  Jio 5G worst network 5G speed is like 2G. I file a complain but no one is resolve it only message. In my area people are getting frustrated with @reliancejio @JioCare jio services. Please send engineers here for tower repair or machine repair in 5G network.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @jio Despite Upgrading plans from one to another still facing low internet speed your CSR isn't able to provide a resolution . Seriously restarting router repeatedly won't fix the issue kindly upgrade your team and resolve this issue 🙏

  @JioCare @SagiHarshavarma Ambani Sir, Order 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 355 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.
