    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Facing service disruption since yesterday. A service request was raised (SR00003ARPGN), but instead of resolving it, your team falsely put it on hold claiming "customer not available/no access". I am right here. Fix this immediately!

    @JioCare I already raised complaint about jio fiber 22 days ago, not solved still, now they can't allow to connect customer care number. Automatically cut the call even tried from different number. what a worst setting on #jiocare

    @JioCare I have already shared all the requested details to cancel my AirFiber (Order No. NO0001EBZUJS). The connection is still not installed, and despite contacting several times, I have received no response. Please cancel my order and initiate my full refund at the earliest.

    @JioCare Dear Priyanka Ji Why there is very poor 5G internet connectivity in my area 261401 Mishrikh i have complained about this matter thousands of times but haven't got the solution till now what should i do next should i switch to another sim??or stop recharging or wait for 100 years

    Worst service by @JioCare my WiFi is not working since last week no response no engineer visit how is possible you not getting a engineer in Mumbai if don't want to repair please tell me I take another connection
