@reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP I wish, worst decision to choose in first place. No Jio fibre here. Paying 400rs for a Slow speed 0.01mbps. Have been calling support team every month for the past one year. Jio does provide the best service but very bad at acknowledging customers complaints.Very disappointed.

After installation of jio fiber box in my locality, I am facing very slow internet connection (around 11.3 - 20kbps). Earlier I used to get fine speed. @JioCare @reliancejio why is it happens???

@JioCare Pls don't assume I am just coming and complaining here eithour following all steps. The plan is there but when I call to activate it says its no upcoming plan. No activate button. Sort out your issues beforw offering and ripping ppl of their money @reliancejio sad and pathetic
