    @JioCare a overhead cable leading to your Jio tower has came down on account of tree falls due to cyclone. Can you please fix this at earliest or some locals will break it as it can come in someone’s neck also. @reliancejio

    @JioCare If the JioFiber is not fixed by today evening, everyone in my area, will collaboratively send a notice and cancel the subscription. Students are unable to give their exams, people cannot work from home and your executives keep assuring it will be fixed in 2 hrs. Joke eh?

    @JioCare still nothing done. No response from the company. In todays time of WFH, how can they not attend quickly. Claiming restriction in movement when they are allowed to move freely bng essential commodity. #crap

    @JioCare Yesterday by 8.30 AM I had spoken to your customer care executive & Complained about that my wifi is not working & she has committed to me that engineer will visit by 5- 6 PM however no one has turned up .. no solution Provided .
