I've been raising complaints since July 2017 and they won't give me any improvements or a time line as to when they will adress the situation. @reliancejio @JioCare we have complaint regarding Jio connection on mobile 8780691332. We are daily getting messages that we have reached 90% of data and today we have hardly used data and it shows total data consumed. I also checked on jio app but I do not see any such usage.

@JioCare I am totally disappointed with jio fiber services I had applied for a new connection, whose date of isntalation is just getting the connection. I have not found it yet. I am thinking if there is a situation in giving connection then what will be the service
