I've been raising complaints since July 2017 and they won't give me any improvements or a time line as to when they will adress the situation. On top of everything they are trying to get more and more customers adding to problem

@Swadhin30429471 @reliancejio Don't worry you will soon face call drop issues as well and then @JioCare will revert that too many people using Internet at your location hence the issue. For call drop they will say your area is not adequately covered by their network. You will get so called generic responses.

@reliancejio it's been over 2-3 years since jio fiber launch, but till now in delhi palam pin (110077, 110045) jiofiber is not available. How much time it takes to expand network? Airtel has fiber service in above area then why jio not???
