I've been raising complaints since July 2017 and they won't give me any improvements or a time line as to when they will adress the situation. On top of everything they are trying to get more and more customers adding to problem

Worst service ever in this scenario also, how can a person work from home when the internet service provider is so reckless @JioCare . Since inception this is the problem faced by a specific area but no response.. zero service #jio #worstservice #WorkFromHome

@JioCare @reliancejio After 15days today jio person come for collect the device & told me for wait for next 15days for refund depending on the condition of the device, this type of service given by jio Fiber, in our area more then 10 terminated request in jio due to her bad service

@reliancejio @airtelindia I suffered a lot using Jio. For almost 6 months I suffered. There is no network inside my room in a place like Gurgaon. Now shifted to Airtel and everything is solved now. Don't mind @reliancejio Airtel service is way better.

@JioCare @reliancejio if any planing for new connection I thought take any connection but don’t take jio Fiber, very bad experience with jio any time of connection he take 100% payment of 1 year then service will activate & time of termination (due to service) & refund he take 2 months

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare I recieved call from you, numb-8423538355 related to recharge of my jio sim and when after sometime I tried to callback to clear some queries they blocked me from everywhere even from WhatsApp what a pathetic service from your end,strict action needed.
