I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

Then why offer appointment slots if technicians won't honor them? Customers are not sitting idle waiting indefinitely. This service has become a complete joke.

He will not spk to senior or colleague nor make us speak . Who ever you spk has left and no resolve at all
