I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

Service request no is SR000037FFTN.issue is related to broken cable but assigned technician is not bothered . Pathetic service. High time to switch to Airtel.
