    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare Since there is no positive response from your side after all private conversations with the support team, I believe that JIO is unable to relocate my connection. Now watch how easily can I get a NEW connection within 24hrs of application.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio 2 tickts closed without resolving the internet issue. Worst experience with jio. Better dont give false promises regarding the service. I'll never recommend jio fiber to anyone in my life. Raised 3rd ticket now. New request ID : SR000017RA5P

    @JioCare We have a very bad experience of your corporate broadband service in Noida. It is frequently down. We had complained earlier also. Your service manager Akash Srivastava (Ph: 7015995050) does not even bother to respond properly. Very, very poor customer care !

    @reliancejio the worst and pathetic service ever experienced, have Opt for JIO Postpaid Family Plan and when I upgraded the plan the outgoing call service of my family member who were added in family plan were blocked.They are not able to do calls even after complaining.

    @JioCare your services really sucks, made a rech on 30 nov , ₹599 amt debited, plan not active yet. Your customer support is not helping. I have all the transaction details as well, still no resolution provided
