    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare Expecting a call on my registered mobile number, I hope that's not too much. If my complaint is not resolved today on priority basis then I'll switch back to airtel. You guys won't be able to compete with airtel with this pathetic service.

    @JioCare Every day Ticket is created & closed in the evening with doing anything on the ground. No Engineer visit is needed, it seems the issue is with backend, entire street the Jio internet is down.
