There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

@JioCare Now new solution that there is no any active plan. Did you check correctly . I have a active plan but you don't want to gave solution. @DoT_India pls do something. Kids not able to to do online classes. Money is totaly wasted .

@JioCare Every time concerned person give me different types of reasons for not solving my problem in time. Last time they denied that service is not possible. Everytime they closed my request without solving my problem and I have to to complain again and again.

@sandipsabharwal @reliancejio @JioCare Forget Jioplatform, their basic mobile data speed service is pathetic now a days in my area. Jio is not adding capacity and its choking. We have to take another broadband for normal browsing. Their mobile data is voice only.
