There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Wrong commitment by sales person,it was told that you will get 2 months free if you will chose 3 months postpaid plan. When i called sales person he didnt picked my phone, raised a complaint and its closed after 5 days automatically

@reliancejio One of the worst service I have ever seen. I bought Jio Fiber connection just 2 days back and it stopped working due to some technical issues. Your ground technical team is not ready to support as well. Please let me know what to do next?
