    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare I was told it would take only 2 days and now your employee who booked the connection stopped picking up the call. Jio fiber customer care is good for nothing.. I registered my complaint and still no call.. Just these msgs and no action.. I have finally cancelled it.

    @JioCare was told by one of the advisor in call that I can use both the plan together. Workfromhome₹151 for data and 149 for calls n data. So my 149 plan data geta over however the wfh plan does not takes over. Please help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Purchased STB on Dec 27, 2020 and wanted installation on 29th. But today (Jan 06, 2021) no sigh of installation or any follow up from Jio Care. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers? Even the executive is confused about installation...

    @JioCare Dear Bhushan Ji, it's too late. I have given application for mnp to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Very long relationship ended with a Horrible Experience and it's very sad. I should file a case for compensation but I dropped the idea.

    I have tried calling your customer care executive but there is just recorded voice answering me about my last recharge and other things.i don't have loads of money into my account,to recharge two times.i recharged because your Jio app showed the recharge as unsuccessful @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancejio It's great that your users are in very large number but your network and internet speed is very bad in village areas and I requested many times for tower installation but no reply from your side. It degrading jio experience :(

    @reliancejio @arrahman Jio has bad service, cant even replace my modem after so many complaints. i recommend to discontinue using #JioFiber @TRAI
