There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

@JioCare I am still facing issue...your engineer did not visit nor resolve the issue..not sure how you closed the ticket...i will have to switch to airtel broadband if you guys are unable to resolve issues

@JioCare I am extremely disappointed with the service for my jiofiber connection..They terminated my connection and customer support failed to address my concerns frequently disconnected my calls...I feel cheated ..will recommend people to choose airtel.@reliancejio

Hey @JioCare , I am using Samsung S20 FE 5G and already updated to the latest software version of the device but In My Jio app it still shows my device is not a 5g device and to use 5g services I must upgrade to a 5g device. Note: 5g service are available in my area. #JioTrue5G

@ViCustomerCare Why your 4g service gets down many times in a month(only 2g available). OTHER OPERATORS don't do this ****, and even if they do sometimes they offers COMPENSATION like Free Unlimited data to the suffering customer. @JioCare I want to port to you. You did gd here!
