    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    Jio is worst customer service by there end no 5g working on my phone without solving my problem they closed the case they taking high money in recharge packs but not resolved @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Sir /Mam I want to say that I am from nayaban , Chandankiyari, Bokaro (827013) In this Area very poor network/Data and Call service issue. In this circle approx 10000 jio user suffering this issue. So please solve this issue as soon as possible.Thanks & Rgards.

    @JioCare Why do you want to wait for the issue to happen again? Issue has already happened 4 times in 1 month, still your team is not ready to provide concrete solution to this why your team doesn't reach out to the engineer and understand what is the issue and what could be possibly done

    The indoor internet speed on both Jio 4G and 5G has become extremely poor again. There was some improvement in between, but now the issue has returned. I was watching a match on JioHotstar today, and the stream was buffering after almost every 3–4 *****. @JioCare @reliancejio
