    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare Network reception is worst at my location. The nearest tower is within 3 km range. Called jio care number of time. Please look into the matter.

    @JioCare I have been facing issue of Jio Fiber since 48 hours and none of the technical staff has visited my place and the customer care is simply giving me a new time for it. Either I need my 2 days adjusted in the plan or a I need a full reimbursement.

    @JioCare Yesterday evening I received a fraudster Call in my JIO PREPAID no. in which he was telling that my sim will be deactivated and he was from Customer care , Indore. Further , due to his cheap & abusive language , i understand that he was a fake caller. Call was recorded
