    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare Jio Airfiber has been down since July 25 and hasn't been resolved yet. Service Request SR00002MVMRM logged on July 25, closed without resolving. Advance payment was made for 6 months and this is the ridiculous service you provide? Shame.

    @JioCare is such a pathetic service network. I'm not able to use internet since morning in my area. Tried reaching customer care but that ai model is such a waste that I I'm unable to connect with customer care.

    @JioCare Why does the Jio network go offline whenever there is a power outage in Andarai, Sabarang, Bhadrak (PIN 756123)? A telecom tower should have backup power. This is causing major inconvenience, especially during emergencies. Kindly resolve this issue permanently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst support, going to switch to another provider like airtel, youbroad or gtpl once my 6 months plan completes. No response it's been more than 10 days of my relocation request. And also charged me on top of my prepaid 6 months plan. Very bad!

    So here is the nuisance of @JioCare They book service calls for internet issue, and then never send the engineer. Attaching screenshot as proof that Jio had assured of sending technician to resolve no internet service at home. Jiocare smartly removes the service request itself from app. Glad that I had taken screenshot. If @JioCare does not take corrective action then I shall be constrianed to file complaint with consumer forums and authorities.

    On 25 Jul, I contacted JioCare. I was assured the issue would be resolved the same day, but no engineer came. On 26 Jul, I raised another request and waited the whole day—again, nobody visited. 3/5
