    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @fiber_jio the worst service and back end support system is worst ever. Internet is down since two days and Techenical team is incapable. They are only smart on collection. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Jio Jio service is available in my area for sure. 2 week back jio team has installed the terminal box on my building after several requests and follow up. Now only matter of giving connection from terminal box to my home and for that I am chasing your representative.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I want to cancel my Jio fibre subscription but when I go to the app to chat it asks me to email and when I email I get a response to go to chat. Are you playing ping pong with customers?
