    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare my repeated calls. And today your technical team argued with my family very arrogantly and shouting. Technician (name: Sinan, he reluctantly gave his name) was very rude, and he is sub agency, AND HENCE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR JIO COMMITMENTS. Since I have been waiting for new

    @JioCare How? I have been hearing this for over 10 days. The resolution date was 11th May. I also have call recordings from all conversations with lies & false dates. How do I proceed now? I was supposed to get a refund/callback in 24 hours. Nothing. can you at least call & give me an update?

    @JioCare - Internet service is down for 3-4 days now, connect customer care is not reachable. Moreover, the Jio appellate service is not reachable too. When I delay my payment by an hour, you levy late fee. Now we have so much to loose with no internet, who will compensate that?
