I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

If Jio's systems cannot schedule a technician for nearly a week, that is a serious operational failure—not the customer's problem. Every missed apmt has been on Jio's side, without even a courtesy call.

Aarnav Gupta (@aarnavg17) reported@GauravGupta3786 @reliancejio “with my IR plan” is the key. Jio sucks without an IR plan as you won’t even get any bars. Airtel at least gives you bars, and until last year, they gave free incoming SMS too without any plan. I trust Airtel to have network in areas in China where even my HK SIM doesn’t get.

R (@RealRaghv) reported@JioCare FYI! Both the sim in my phone is of Jio and look at network of SIM2 compared to SIM1 before replying!!! There is issue with the sim card, I already asked you to get it replaced.
