  There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

  @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

  @JioCare I had opted for jio fiber on 26th March,2022 and also paid the amount. Despite of repeated contact there is no response from Jio team and they hadn't installed the fiber till now. Very poor service from Jio.

  @JioCare jio is providing the worst service, getting slow internet speed just like 2G speed in 4G plan. Contacted so many times in customer care but no resolution found till date. Today I have registered the complaint once again with ticket No. SR00001A50NY.

  @reliancejio @JioCare is providing third class services to their customer. I am following up from the morning to resolve one small issue. But whole team is giving illogical excuses.please improve as you're not providing free of cost we are paying charges for the same.
