    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare As I dont see any action from here. I call jio customer care. I have tried to explain the issue but the customer service disconnected the call and and just received a call back and no voice. Again im trying to reach customer care waiting in lobby for more than 10 min. Pathetic

    @JioCare Issue is very simple No speed If connects it shows no internet and that's all , very frustrating Happening since may 10th , so much disruption while doing Office work Recharging 50rs daily I mean what I need to explain here? Neighbours WIFI working absolutely fine but ours 0

    Jio has a feature where if your phone is switched off or out of network coverage, you receive an SMS in inbox when you switch it on notifying you of the missed calls is now available to take calls. However, this is not working on my jio SIM. Please help me fix this." @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have been using Jio broadband for over five years now. While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps
