    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Please solve the network problem I am a jio user i faceing slow speed network problem daily 6.00 Pm/10 PM why? You should solve the problem otherwise i switch my network on another network

    @Airtel_Presence if anyone do 4-5 times Speed test on 5G network it consumes all my 2gb data on my Airtel prepaid plan. Please make introductory unlimited data like @reliancejio do.

    @reliancejio I have been chasing your customer support for over 35 days to cncl my jio fiber account and refund the security amount. Your team has closed the request by themselves more than 4 times without solution & has sent nobody to pick up the device yet. @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_

    @JioCare I know how many time i have raised issues with you but as same always ur response is same that you are working in my area to improve network but still there is no improvement because you cannot commit date i know all of ur answer on my issues
