    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare very bad internet speed 4g k recharge me 2g bhi nhi chalta 4 to 5 year se continue complaint krne k bad bhi koi improvement nhi service bekar hai. Calling ho hi nhi pati. Humare yaha 8 jio sim users hai Ab saare no. Airtel me port krdenge.

    @JioCare it's been 9 hours since Jio network has gone in our Area. No one has bothered to correct it. Case has been logged in morning. No response till now. We depend on banking OTPs on mobile networks. This is very very disturbing

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Network at Sajada Dham near Jodhpur is very weak, especially three day in a month near Full moon पूर्णिमा when devotees throng in large number.

    I tried to convert my SIM to eSIM and followed the process, in the process I lost signal fro my physical SIM and but eSIM does not Activated, I do not get QRCode on email. I tried many times on Cust-care but did not got solution.Please Help !! @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani the reliance jio service is very poor fromlast 2-3 days no call no internet service. Pls look into this and resolve at priority.
