@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@Payal_787 @reliancejio same day mine also but as my main number is different, i am not hearing that. just some SMSes. imho it should be just 1 SMS & 1 voice message once (not before any call) only. then it is the responsibility of customer to avoid degradation of services post expiry of current plan

Jio one of the worst service I ever seen this past couple of years in Chennai. I have paid fully on 17-11-2021, it’s been nearly 10 days. Several time they rescheduled the installation date but none happened properly. Im tired of their boring reasons. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare One and only answer from your side for last 3 years. Good Job. You are doing good and result is that as per latest report, Jio loosed around 10 Lakhs users in just #Gujarat in last few months. Again, your service is best.
