    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare Thanks. concerns below. 1. Fluctuations in network. 10-15 times a day. 2. Unavailability of intercom services 3. Limited TV channels. 4. I bought a Jio mesh router to increase coverage in my house basis your tech team recommendation. Now they say you bought a wrong one. 2500rs.

    Thank you @reliancejio for everything till today, But now your network sucks @JioCare . It was my last recharge I have made, now I'm not going to do any recharge on my Jio number maybe later I'll port my number to other network. #JioNetworkIsBad

    @JioCare @TRAI Why there is zero Internet speed on my 7017350130 jio number. I have already add on data pack with 30GB. Now country is going to rolling 5G but still 4G sucks as 2G connection. Shameful! You guys kill competition from market and now speed of net is also zero.

    @reliancejio I have converted my jio sim to e sim and the physical sim has been turned off, due to some problem in the settings, the sim is unable to start. Customer queries are not responding properly. Stores are also open in lockdown. Please help

    @JioCare I have made the payment for jio fiber and set box on 11th on promise of conn ration on 15 bcz. Till today I haven’t got connection and no one is responding. I want to cancel my request and need the refund not able to reach cust service as well. #worstservice
