  @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

  There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

  Whenever there is a power outage, all Jio services, including calling and internet, stop working completely. no permanent solution has been provided. The issue was fixed for a short period, but now it has started happening again I can no longer tolerate this @TRAI @reliancejio

  @JioCare what exactly am I paying for? I registered a complaint on 23rd July for constant internet disruptions. Since then, my complaint has been automatically cancelled twice, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. This is beyond frustrating.

  @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI jio charging customer without providing a service. They have problem which are fixed since many months and now expecting customer to pay bill and even can't port to another vendor.

  @JioCare from last 10 days my fibre is not wokring after putting so many request my internet is not working still Only once a engineer visted and he said he dont have stuff to repair it ..such a pathetic service ..kindly take your setup box ..i will go for airtel @reliancejio
