    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @airtelindia network in my hometown is so worse that wp msz is getting stuck. Tried multiple times to contact 198 but couldn't reach customer care, such a pathetic network and worst service. No 5g coming how to do WFH? Resolve this or should I port to @reliancejio 😭😭😭😭

    Today is6th day since the complaint ws raised via cal & d 2nd day of continuously connecting with u through email & X platform.Still no resolution,no technician visit .Is this how you handle your customers? Extremely disappointed with the service Reff#SR000035HLA9 @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Again got a message stating SR000035RA8P has been successfully processed.not got any revert from any one on this without contacting it's been closed and nothing communicated .Pathetic Service and such irresponsible team u r having Mr @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio

    @JioCare I waited more than a week, faced multiple missed schedules, and received no proper resolution. I have now booked with another provider. Please cancel my Jio AirFiber order and process my refund without further delay. Kindly confirm the refund process and timeline. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @PMOIndia worst service by jio Airfiber, their executive taken money from now not.picking my calls. This is common problem in bihar, where every one is considering that they are evrything. No one has fear of low and order.

    @JioCare Despite subscribing to Jio annual plan of Rs 3599 , availability of Internet in Sector 48, Noida is highly hopeless. For last many months, Internet disappeared almost every 5 minutes for few minutes and so on. Please improve your service to avoid porting to Airtel.
