    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare My jiofiber connection, +911813585647 is not working since 8 aug 9 am. I have made 20 calls. Raised 3 service requests. But none of technicians arrived. Do let me know what else to do for resuming the services.

    There is a Reliance Jio tower on one side of the hill near our village, but Jio network coverage is unavailable on the other side, where around 80% of the villagers live. This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village. We request Reliance Jio to please resolve this coverage issue. Otherwise, many villagers are porting their SIMs to other networks.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare What’s the point of raising complaints when they’re treated like paperwork in a government office—kept aside and forgotten? JioFiber’s network has been terrible, and despite repeated complaints, nobody seems interested in fixing it. Stop giving excuses. #JioFiber #Jio

    @JioCare i placed an order for jiohome on 7th aug, with order id NO0001F288LU, the person assigned is not taking calls,no response from your team,no way to escalate this or get a resolution, paid amonut in full but no assistance or resolution yet,pathetic service by you

    @JioCare WiFi and TV channels should be kept under separate Service Providers.... BEWARE ! Alarm Bells have already rung in my house after getting shocking experience with #JioFiber ! Company is shielded from all sides & customers are expected to suffer after making timely payments !

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, my brother's JioFiber has been down since yesterday (09/08) with red LOS light. His unresolved ticket was closed, which he has now managed to reopen. Could you pls look into this urgently? He is a student and needs the internet for his class. Thank U!
