  @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

  There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

  @reliancejio You provide new connection with full of joy but in the time of relocation start searching ports are not available..... Why? I have already given the relocation request but after 10 days, your customer care not able to tell, whenever relocation will come.

  @JioCare we have bery low network outdoor also.. Repeated complaints are unanswered.. U peiple cal us only when we apply for MNP.. horrible service by jio. And there is another scam.. No Internet slled but signal bars can show full strength.

  @JioCare Your services have been down since morning of 7th June. Every few hours I am getting messages that it will be rectified in a few hrs, only to get another similar message later. What is the reason of this outage. Not acceptable, it's a prepaid pack and I have paid for it #Jiodown

  @JioCare Hi, my jio fibrenet is not working since past week, and when I called the employees personally they asked for Rs300 to Rs500 to resolve the issue. I tried to complaint about this issue but in myjio app the query is already resolved by the (page 1-2)
