There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

@reliancejio You have terrible customer support. I have to explain my issue to every person who is looking into the issue. And on top of that they disconnect the call and you can't callback because incoming calls to that number are not supported. Pathetic service!!

@JioCare Hi Team, I placed an order for New Jio Sim but later on I had to cancel the order just asking the delivery agent to cancel it , but he marked as delivered successfully although sim wasn’t delivered to me. That’s fraud by the delivery agent. @reliancejio

@JioCare there is no improvement in the internet speed. I've been filing complaints with customer care for like 3 months. And they just send me complaint number and that's it. It's a shame for the jio. I don't see your intentions to solve. Only excuses is all you have.

So finally MNP done… FROM @airtelindia TO @reliancejio !! I really feel pity for @Airtel_Presence who couldn’t retain their loyal so called AIRTEL BLACK customer….
