There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

@JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

@JioCare how many months you'll take to refund my money...I'm trying to contact jio customer support but it's not working properly....2 montsh ago i had disconnected with jio in trail period but..till now I didn't get my refund ...you making money by cheating customers.

@JioCare Hey Jio, Your connection has crashed now in monsoon. I called that customer care number of yours and it says go to app. The app says that all your executives are busy. The hell am I supposed to do.

@JioCare I had raised a complaint on 1st September 2021 for cancellation of my Jio fiber connection. It has been almost 20 days non of the technician has turned up for collection of device. From last 4-5 days, everyday device collection appointment gets rescheduled to next day.

@reliancejio Worst network ever,if you are planning any work depending on this network ,dont plan it.The customer helpline has the same answer everytime 'We are working on it' and if we ask when will the network issue get resolved ,they say we have no idea.
