    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare My JioFiber has been down for the last 2 days. I raised a service request, and an engineer appointment was scheduled for this morning, but nobody showed up and there has been no update. 2 days without service is unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio if you guys are outsourcing the service to call your customer for recharge or any other service then at least give them the proper information. It seems they are an IAS officer and the customer is a criminal. Disgusting. You guys can stop my service

    @JioCare @reliancejio When complaints are being made for so long, you have no common sense that you should contact the customer as there is a desire to try to resolve the problem.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare Same here. I too ported today. My jio recharge is also ended but the network is still active, I don't know when they are deactivating the sim, so that I can transfer to VI!

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare I thought the same and switched to jio and now I'm regretting. The vi sim 5g was too good and the network as well. Jio has so many problems plus call drop
