@JioCare Now it's 3rd of May and still haven't received refund for the connection which was disconnected on March 4th and nobody called me till date won't you guys feel ashamed of working in this company which is non customer oriented & cheating customer also they ask money to pick device

@JioCare Further ur technicians had asked me 2 subscribe for a 12month package, but in the 1st month itself i am facing so much trouble then in 12 months i would have gone crazy. Never expected this kind of pain. Ur internet speeds might b incredible but your technicians r causing trouble

@JioCare Everyday an engineer is being allocated but again in the d evening v r receiving an email stating a new date & time have been allocated. U urself r not being sure about your own engineers. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for your unprofessional engineers. Pathetic service

@JioCare Hi Team Jio, Today, I got a call from Mr. Mangal Singh from jio head quater, and told me clearly, that, we can't resolve your issue, Due to STB serial number mismatch. But, I am submitting same STB, which I got at the time of connection, I am not satisfied with the resolution.

I can't. At least @airtelindia & Vodafone are good. But Jio suck with network & Xiaomi suck for MIUI software updating. Next month I will port my @reliancejio sim to Vodafone if Jio and Xiaomi don't solve my problem. I wish everyone would port their sim to Airtel or Vodafone.

@JioCare I had raised uninstalation request on 25th Dec 2022 but didn't get any solution. Definitely, you would have the information, about the device which was issued on my ID. Or you can connect with service engineer, which had activated my connection with his ID.
