    @JioCare Please note my Jio fixed number +918079612514 which was alloted to me and my current cell phone is number is 8105568280. I had paid 2500 rs as security deposit but I have only received 1500. Kindly help to get full amount as I am not able to reach out to customer care.

    @reliancejio @JioCare the service for broadband in this area (prakruthi layout HBR Layout 5th block)of Bangalore is pathetic, been calling service engineer no response following up since 2 days they say will that fix in 30 mins but they keep pushing the time and don't turn up

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's very disappointing that it's been 2 years since I started using jio airfiber and still it doesn't work properly. Every day I face the connectivity issue and it is very difficult to connect with the customer care as most of the time the line is busy.
