    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My Jio fibre connection is not working and yesterday evening I raised a service request but till time no response. I called helpline they are only rescheduling the visit. SR000019B0XP & SR000019C2OU More than 48hrs no resolution.

    @JioCare Now it's 3rd of May and still haven't received refund for the connection which was disconnected on March 4th and nobody called me till date won't you guys feel ashamed of working in this company which is non customer oriented & cheating customer also they ask money to pick device

    @reliancejio Set your customer care right before opening more and more locations. Your policies are bad . Your customer care team are useless who dont even understand the problem and give scripted answers

    @JioCare As per the customer care no deposit was collected , then this creates how come 3 month offer collect 4536.54 ₹, such a lie in all the steps where is my 1 month joining offer , how come a prepaid be considered as post paid , I have paid the deposit amount .

    @reliancejio I stay in central part of Bangalore and there is no network at my home. Very bad coverage.I hardly get one of two calls that too when i am standing near the window side in a perticular spot.Please help me resolve this.We have three numbers at home n have same problem

    @JioCare based on my complaint the time really not taking to attend internet connectivity there is no use in continuing JIO network. For last two days. No one has contacted back to us. Please do something to restore internet.

    @JioCare Mam when will it gets fixed. Is there any timeline one,two ,three day to get it fixed. I can't understand what is the issue in installation. If you can't install then pay the money back. You are just assuring it will get fixed without any justification for delay @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Update: My JioFiber issue (SR00002KP6QC) has now been resolved. Appreciate the resolution, but the 2-day delay, repeated rescheduling, and lack of coordination were disappointing. Hope service reliability and response time improve going forward.

    I have been using @airtelindia for years even when @reliancejio was giving free everything I stayed loyal to airtel and now I regret the decision they don’t let me get out of a family plan they don’t let me port to something else and they don’t even let me terminate my number
