    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    @JioCare @JioCare if my request is already noted why there were 3 complaints closed without resolution or update and were is my refund read tye complete history and then provide my refund this is the indias number 1 fraud company with 3rd class poor and pathetic assistance to customers

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @reliancejio I am already a jio fibre customer and I am trying to relocate the connection to a new house,but unfortunately inspite of the availability of Jio fibre there, the society is not allowing any jio engineers inside due to some payment issue from Jio. Kindly help.

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says โ€œnumber does not existโ€ well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust โ€œ0โ€ calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    @JioCare I have been tired of calling and writing..u guys hv no solution..u showing offer & during time of delivery deliver only one third of items. Neither you are returning money nor you are solving issue. I just want to know why looting people?? Why fake promises? @JioCare @JioMart

    @JioCare As per the customer care no deposit was collected , then this creates how come 3 month offer collect 4536.54 โ‚น, such a lie in all the steps where is my 1 month joining offer , how come a prepaid be considered as post paid , I have paid the deposit amount .

    @JioCare @reliancejio finally got the SIM but during eKYC my name is reflecting in the place of my father's name as well - No problem in my UIDAI. Your helpline said my father's name is reflecting correctly in your SB but eKYC in 3 stores say differently. Paper KYC not possible #Help

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio
