    @JioCare received this update but nobody contacted JioFiber device for your service ID SR000019829S could not be collected even after several attempts to contact you Your JioFiber account is now permanently disconnected and we will not be able to process refund for this account

    @JioCare @JioCare it's already more 2 days since more than 15 days I am getting the the same copy paste response and no refund recived till now what a worst service rendered by jio and jio team

    @JioCare @JioCare what is the status of my refund even after sharing all documents basis submission of the device at jio care and its more than a month now and also there is no followup from you guys till date this si very bad service and worst customer experience by ji fiber

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My Jio fibre connection is not working and yesterday evening I raised a service request but till time no response. I called helpline they are only rescheduling the visit. SR000019B0XP More than 24hrs no resolution.

    @JioCare Thank you for clarifying atleast it's a security deposit .. as per yesterday call it was denied.. still my 1 month free joining offer is been on air.. I have been fooled @ACTFibernet loved your service regret why I switched..

    (2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very bad where you are making customer await for more than 20 days post cancellation of service without any update and later no resolution 1st to pick up device there was money asked Later postsubmitted device at jio Centre & not yet received the refund

    @reliancejio I had booked the new porting request from my jio app on sat.your exe. called me on Sunday to take delivery. I said, Sunday do not disturb me and pls come on working day.he used rude words on me saying he has sales tgt.Totally pathetic service.@DoT_India

    @JioCare your guys sent a message for feedback and I have reported the same issue to improve indoor signal strength in the Bangalore city proper and you guys can’t even do that, I don’t see any reason why not to port for other connection for a better services and connection!

    @JioCare As per the customer care no deposit was collected , then this creates how come 3 month offer collect 4536.54 ₹, such a lie in all the steps where is my 1 month joining offer , how come a prepaid be considered as post paid , I have paid the deposit amount .

    @JioCare guys you really need to improve the service for the INDOOR SIGNALS man your connection doesn’t even reach my phone??? (Just 1 point and multiple call failures) Do I live in village area? No! I live in Bangalore city and ur connection is poor Man!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I tried porting my number 7558861466 from @reliancejio to Airtel. Now i am getting signal in the airtel sim, the airtel agent write me activation OTP in a paper but i lost it . They given their number as alternative number. So i am unable to receive

    @JioCare The customer care called to enquiry about the issue and cut the call as she too was not aware or justify the amount collected saying prepaid .. confusion with postpaid and also 1 month offer

    @airtelindia Atleast providr basic services correctly first. The Broadband is not working since morning in Bangalore. Imagine your DataCenters with such a outage. what a service waiting for @reliancejio in My area.

    @JioCare worst service experience…. For every step for installation/uninstall need to call customer care….no technician visit at schedule appointments…every time support team gave 24 hr SLA… if not interested in providing service return my money

    @JioCare It's your mistake that your agent said it can't be relocated plz take new connection ... So I request to refund 1500 full amount...And consider the problema suffered in 5 days because of your late service and fraud agent

    @JioCare my issue has not been resolved yet, didn't expected a poor customer service from jio, so I have raised a grievance complaint against jio fiber through National consumer helpline, expecting a resolution ASAP, grievance no:3041967.
