    @JioCare What kind of joke is this I ported from Airtel to jio just 15 minutes back network went on Airtel sim and no network is coming in the new Jio Sim what is this asking airtel is useless please help

    @JioCare I have got ported my number(7846813893) to Jio just a month back with unlimited voice calls of 6 months' plan. But from last 1 week, my outgoing voice service is barred by giving reason as abnormally high number of outgoing calls & asked to recharge several times.

    @JioCare After multiple tweets and all.. Still no call or no action taken against poor network here..not evn fb, insta ,or any website..nthng opens . Did I do wrong porting to jio? And 3 other family members as well!!

    @reliancejio I use Jio Air Fiber but my Jio mobile recharge also allocates Hotstar Mobile & so on my smart TV Hotstar login it shows single device mobile subscription. How can JIO systems be so dumb to replace normal multi-device TV subscription with a mobile one. Fix it please!

    Hi @JioCare, my JioFiber has been down for 4–5 days. Complaint raised, zero response. Customer care is a joke—just an automated “engineer visit booked” message before disconnecting. Disconnect my connection. Request ID: SR00003BJSER. **** your service. I’ll go with other ISP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Someone even asked me to pay for offline support because my location is in the Gamdhipuram sector, Coimbatore. Is this the level of service Jio provides? This experience has been extremely disappointing. I need immediate assistance and a proper resolution.

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer service ever! My Jio WiFi speed is extremely poor. Despite multiple complaints, I only get a "24 hours" timeline every time. No technician has contacted me, no senior escalation is provided, used abusive language. Complaint No: SR00003BLB1P
