    @JioCare After multiple tweets and all.. Still no call or no action taken against poor network here..not evn fb, insta ,or any website..nthng opens . Did I do wrong porting to jio? And 3 other family members as well!!

    @JioCare I have got ported my number(7846813893) to Jio just a month back with unlimited voice calls of 6 months' plan. But from last 1 week, my outgoing voice service is barred by giving reason as abnormally high number of outgoing calls & asked to recharge several times.

    @JioCare , I would like to write this letter to Jio users of 𝙷𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚞𝚊, 𝙱𝚒𝚑𝚊𝚛 have been facing network (signal) problem since last 3-4 years. 𝚃𝚑𝚎 problem 𝚒𝚜 being faced by the subscribers but Jio users have patiently waited long enough for the problem to be restored.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Its been 3 days my SMS service activated on eSim. Unable to receive any SMS not getting proper resolution from Jio store or Customer care. Worst customer service. Fed up of this issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare When I get out of my house I'm able to use 5G at my current location but speeds are not that good at all barely ~20Mbps. And indoors its not even connecting to 5G and switching to 4G+ with hardly 7-8Mbps speed. Please help.

    @JioCare Who is rejecting it, no one called to visit they are just closing the request from last one month giving false reason. They are closing this because we had complained that they take additional money to fix connection issue
