    @JioCare After multiple tweets and all.. Still no call or no action taken against poor network here..not evn fb, insta ,or any website..nthng opens . Did I do wrong porting to jio? And 3 other family members as well!!

    @JioCare I have got ported my number(7846813893) to Jio just a month back with unlimited voice calls of 6 months' plan. But from last 1 week, my outgoing voice service is barred by giving reason as abnormally high number of outgoing calls & asked to recharge several times.

    @JioCare What kind of joke is this I ported from Airtel to jio just 15 minutes back network went on Airtel sim and no network is coming in the new Jio Sim what is this asking airtel is useless please help

    @JioCare What action has been taken against the teams repeatedly closing tickets without visiting the customer location? Why am I paying for a service that I cannot reliably use? Will Jio compensate or extend my plan validity for these lost days?(3/4)

    @reliancejio my active sim card has been deactivated without any prior notice. I’ve been a regular customer of Jio since past 10 yrs and this has caused me extreme inconvenience. I went to the service centre but received no solution. I’m locked out of all my accounts!! @JioCare

    @JioCare All that is happening is appointments being scheduled, I get those stupid calls and then appointments are re scheduled. Just get it over with. I am not interested at all in your connection honestly. This is pathetic service. Time to escalate it to higher ups. Enough is enough now

    @JioCare Ishveen thanks for addressing my concern with the your side of respective teams but like we discussed, tonight or tomorrow early part pls bring the quick resolution. I can't afford any more delays AFTER THAT as such many days have already been spent on that.
