    @arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

    🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 Do NOT pay upfront for @JioCare Fiber! Paid for installation, technician arrived & said "not possible" at my location. Now @jio_fiber is refusing to refund my money, saying I won't get it back. Keeping money for a service you can't provide is absolute fraud!

    @JioCare My network was down for 8 continuous days. So I should not be charged for that 8 days. Hence I should be given 8 days as compensation bec my network was down due their fault. So I kindly request you to extend my recharge date by 8 days as a compensation.

    @JioCare @JioCare No internet on my JioFiber for 10+ days Account No.100268543900 Multiple complaints raised, but given false hopes daily that an engineer is coming. Now my complaint is blindly put "on hold"! Fix it in 24 hrs or close my account permanently.

    hey @reliancejio @JioCare Your people have taken money and booked a jio fiber but havent installed even afetr 3 days . Dont want your great service. Cancel my order and refund me. Even your customer care is not helping much and soem times it is not connecting at all.
