@arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

@BalajiPonduri I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio when can I expect the refund? Hope you people won't fail in refunding, the way you failed in installation of new connection. Also, refund should be as smooth and quick as taking new booking (till billing is done) @ImAtulKansal

@JioCare it looks like jio hav disabled pendrives with Router and STB but still customer care keeps saying connect to usb port n pendrives can be used frm here n there n etc
