    @JioCare I would like everyone to know that I was contacted by a Jio executive who literally screamed at me that it's my fault that Jio has taken over my plan. Absolute shambolic behaviour by the customer care executive who literally doesn't let me speak at all.

    @reliancejio Very poor network jio is providing to customer all time buffering 9823359786 I suggest people not to buy jio sim I m facing problem u also will suffer it's my big mistake that I have done recharge of 1yrs

    @reliancejio, I am from Guj, having Jio network since it's available in market. Me at Mathura, UP now and your network quality is very poor, forget about 4G, I even don't get speed of 2G. Very disappointed by your services. Thinking to port.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you just got my jio number by DM & promised to solve the issues. Almost half an hour passed, yet network issue is same as it was earlier. Even not getting any time line within which issue would be resolved.
