  @JioCare @reliancejio Entire locality in Vileparle east Mumbai without Jio Fiber since Sunday. Total radio silence on an ETA for repairs. "Fiber service impacted" doesn't help when businesses are losing money and completely stranded. Need an update and a specific resolution time.

  @JioCare JioFiber services are down since 5+ days. I got a message that it will be resolved within 4 hours it’s been more than 4 hours it has not yet resolved

  @JioCare The engineer closed the ticket without any confirmation. The internet is still not working. It has been 3 days now. Also I cannot connect with a person and it is always bot chat. Can i connect through a call with a real person

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare Why there is a delay in getting my refund i have made payment for 3 month my money is blocked, this the worst service in my entire life i suggest people don't go for jioairfiver better to airtel & ACT there service is far better than jio

  Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I got JioFiber connection just 3 days back on Sunday. Now internet is not connecting. I scheduled the service request but it's showing July 10 which is completely unacceptable. I had all these issues earlier in @Airtel_Presence that's why I came to u.
