    @JioCare I am on the 699 plan for JioFiber. I had already paid for quarterly recharge (expiring 30th Mar). My Jio TV has stopped working suddenly. I reached out to your customer service, where I was told that I need to go for a higher plan (999) to get the OTT apps.. (1/n)

    @reliancejio I am not sure if you guys are aware - in general, your call quality is below par, not that good, and especially during cross network calls, it's very bad . Lots of voice breaking problems show up !

    @JioCare now you dont have any option to upgrade and I have already paid the recharge amount for the 699 plan (till March end). How do you expect a customer to bear the loss of 1 month (699 INR in this case) and pay for the 999 plan from start? (2/n)

    @reliancejio worst network quality now a days, It is getting worse day by day, I feel that the time has come to leave this network and not be part of this crowd and switch to someone else.😡🙄 @JioCare
