    @reliancejio 've been a Jio customer for 7 years, but the network is now extremely slow. There is no easy way to contact a real customer care executive—only bots and no proper complaint option or real solution. Please fix the network and improve customer support.

    @JioCare My recharge is still valid, yet I have been left without service. I request Jio to: Restore my JioFiber connection immediately. Take strict disciplinary action against Mr. Chaand and the staff involved for their unprofessional behavior, threats, and damage to my property.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, 5G coverage is available near my home, but my phone switches from 5G to 4G within a few seconds every time. Please check the network at my location and fix the issue.

    @JioCare Today is FIFA final. I need the wifi working before that. Also, 6 days of this month the wifi was not working. I need a refund for these 6days on pro rata basis. @reliancejio I regret not shifting to @tataplayfiber

    @PraveshPundir_ @JioCare @praveshpundir_ they won't reply or respond, they have just exploited the market at its fullest and now let the customer cry, no network no service and prices increase with every recharge. this country has no one who can be held accountable for anything
