    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare I am using Jio fiber for home but internet stops every 3-4 days and the router shows a red icon and router needs to restart everytime. Do you have any solution? We use this for cctv and can't see cctv when we are out of home 😢.

    @JioCare Full Kolkata mein issues rehta hai. Kaha ka addresses doon ?? You'll come check speed and be done. But the network is dropping continuously that you'll not consider. There should be strict laws and you guys should be fined also. #TRAI

    @JioCare It's been over 15 days regional manager at Kharghar ( Siddhart ) no response he says we are in talking terms for connection with near by building and evening he says will update next day , yesterday said it's not possible to resume service today again he said wait till tomorrow
