Again whenever I call customer care to explain this shocking bill and about deactivating outgoing calls b4 rching credit limit, they say that they can not check now as some problems are going on their system. @reliancejio

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Day 9 another day has gone and still my issue is not resolved. I am not getting what is taking so much time just to send one representative to check the issue. Please let me know what is your definition of earliest? I don’t think early should take 9 Days.
