  @reliancejio I’m a student and currently not earning,so I can’t recharge regularly.I also use JioFiber.I’ve been warned that my SIM may be deactivated, but my bank ac. and imp. services are linked to this number.If deactivation causes me academic problems,Jio will be responsible

  @JioCare Till time no service engineer is assigned. Pathetic service from Jio team. Internet is dead from last 3 days and no reaponse from JIO yet. Kindly close my current connection as this kind of service is not acceptable.

  @geekyranjit @JioCare I have dm you all details , but how greedy or customer anti jio has to be to activate both plans , talked to cust care they don't have answer they can not even create service request. Poor jio

  @reliancejio @jio_fiber I hv your fibre connection which isn't working since 2 days, I requested an engineer visit which was scheduled today but no one either come or called. This is how you treat your customers ? Pathetic service. Going to uninstall your router and airfiber.

  @JioCare My JioFiber complaint has been unresolved for 50+ days now. Support marks issue as resolved from backend without fixing it, have had 6 engineer visits, without resoultion. Please escalate immediately. SR #: SR000037JM9L Location: Delhi NCR
