@JioCare @airtelindia #vi #jio Having a very bad experience, you are told to initially teach the appointed customer service staff to speak properly. Train them in skills and communication skills that will make them aware of the customer's problem, then make the company famous.

Meanwhile, @reliancejio is open on all days between 9am and 10pm. Being a @airtelindia only customer for more than 10years, I can also say their customer care really doesn't care about customers. So what reasons to retain my @airtelindia postpaid connection?

@reliancejio Have paid 2500/- and received installation date and time. It was rescheduled twice. Till now no one visited or either called.The sales guys are not answering calls. Customer care is of no use. Hope atleast you will do something. Order number NO0000GPA7NQ #jiolies
