@JioCare Dear @reliancejio I complaint about my network problem before 6m ago, 2m ago & again yesterday. The same thing i hear all the time we're working on. for online classes i have to go to near road to get Internet speed, where Airtel network is super fast but why ?

@JioCare @reliancejio i did not have a network of jio till date in my village We complied in jio thousand times Ever since Jio has come,we have not had any network here.There is no tower within 3 km radius of myvillage 2000Jio connection is here a great shame for Mukesh Ambani

If u don't have the service on my location then don't take the money from customer and don't give such false hope. Looks like its @jiocare habit for fraudility. Well u can keep doing it . I just simply need to change the service that's all.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If I was not done with a full year recharge on my number, I would definitely move to airtel. The amount is too great 2399 , that I has pay for the poor speed of a Company @JioCare . Please airtel if anything is possible, I will shift to Airtel now.

Duped by @reliancejio. Upgraded router & the Jio engineer charged INR1K for that. Later I'm informed that the upgrade is free, engineer has left Jio & @JioCare is too unbothered to help. And guess what the new router sucks - slow speed, poor connectivity
