    @JioCare I am attaching you the location of the place where every jio customer is facing some network problems , neither we can call someone nor we receive calls from other person. Kindly look into the matter ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio i did not have a network of jio till date in my village We complied in jio thousand times Ever since Jio has come,we have not had any network here.There is no tower within 3 km radius of myvillage 2000Jio connection is here a great shame for Mukesh Ambani

    @JioCare The staff at the Jio office in Narla, Kalahandi, Odisha are neither answering customer calls nor behaving courteously with customers who visit the office. Even after making the payment, customers are not receiving proper support or timely service.

    Extremely worst and pathetic company name is Jio For last 3 days We are facing internet issues, still the issue hasn't been resolved. We cannot connect to customer care also, they have this AI based system due to which there is no one to hear our problems. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have applied for relocation of air fiber but the addresss was filled wrong by mistake. I am calling since yesterday morning to cancel that request so that I can apply again but till now it has not been rectified. Pls help.

    @JioCare I have replied to you DM, need some resolution on this, we cannot have 3.days to solve connectivity issues. Company like JIO ( reliance ) is not able to solve simple problem. This is above my understanding.

    Dear @JioCare, For the last 6 months, your network in our area has been showing 5G, but the internet is barely usable. Calls and data frequently fail despite multiple complaints. The issue still remains unresolved. Kindly investigate and resolve this at the earliest.

    @JioCare @JioCare service request closed without any resolution SR00002LZ7YC. If you have even a shred of shame left, do something about this. It’s been a month and a half, and you are still providing this kind of service. What a pathetic company.
