If you can't even do installation why take money before even process starts. Technician promised on Friday got an appointment message on Saturday that it will be done but no one came.

Just lodge complaint in Cpgrams and they will do it, also they will refund the days you didn’t get internet. Their stupid policy is if you don’t get internet for 4 days straight then they will do refund.

Over the last 3 months, my #internet has repeatedly gone down and then started working again automatically without any engineer visit. This suggests that the issue is being handled from the backend I would not recommend #JioFiber to anyone.
