    @JioCare I am attaching you the location of the place where every jio customer is facing some network problems , neither we can call someone nor we receive calls from other person. Kindly look into the matter ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio i did not have a network of jio till date in my village We complied in jio thousand times Ever since Jio has come,we have not had any network here.There is no tower within 3 km radius of myvillage 2000Jio connection is here a great shame for Mukesh Ambani

    @JioCare Facing the same issue again with my Jio AirFiber. The MyJio app is showing restoration by 9 PM, but my work is getting seriously hampered. Requesting you to please resolve this at the earliest.

    @JioCare The engineers also don't bring proper equipment to check the fault and simply blame the voice service to be defunct. Running a diagnosis is not a big issue, which I even do myself. I need a resolution. Even the modem can be replaced and tried...but they don't do it.

    “I used a Jio SIM before, but I didn’t recharge it for a long time because I shifted from India to Dubai. I was still able to use GPay, but suddenly the network disappeared and now it says the number is invalid I’m unable to recharge or use the SIM. Please help fix this @JioCare

    Dear @JioHotstar I am using this OTT from last 5 years as a prime customer but after takeover of Jio reliance i found advertisement issue and nowadays I am adviced to pay extra to avoid advertisement.i.e rs 299/-.so i decided to quit this OTT and say go **** off @reliancejio

    @JioCare With out resolving and with out service engineer visit Jio send a message stating that issue resolved. Why you people are fooling the customer. Hope Jio not capable to resolve my issue. Some times Internet coming and some times not.

    @JioCare Complaint Registered on 24th may 2026. Service status showing is engineer assigned  but  no attempt made to contact . Also , the schedule keeps postponing to next day.  Its been happening from Monday onwards.  Ensure timely service or kindly disconnect the fibre .

    JioFiber service down for the past 1 week. Service engineer visit always gets put on hold. I have rescheduled the visit 3 times. Never seen such pathetic service. Atleast all the customer to customer care, NO! No accountability whatsoever. @reliancejio
