    @JioCare @reliancejio i did not have a network of jio till date in my village We complied in jio thousand times Ever since Jio has come,we have not had any network here.There is no tower within 3 km radius of myvillage 2000Jio connection is here a great shame for Mukesh Ambani

    @reliancejio @JioCare I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio 10 days ago; the Jio service center provided the new SIM and collected the payment, but the SIM has not been activated yet. When I contacted Jio Care, they informed me that the porting request had been cancelled. Bad service.

    @JioCare @JioCare Your customer care team lacks problem-solving skills and doesn’t keep proper case notes between calls. After nearly a year of repeating the same issue, every new agent still asks the same questions instead of resolving it. No one seems to care about fixing the problem.

    @JioCare Service appointments are scheduled, but he neither visits the premises nor answers our calls. The appointment is then postponed, only for the same technician to be reassigned yet again. This cycle has continued for an entire week, causing immense frustration and harassment.
