    @JioCare I am attaching you the location of the place where every jio customer is facing some network problems , neither we can call someone nor we receive calls from other person. Kindly look into the matter ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio i did not have a network of jio till date in my village We complied in jio thousand times Ever since Jio has come,we have not had any network here.There is no tower within 3 km radius of myvillage 2000Jio connection is here a great shame for Mukesh Ambani

    @JioCare I called 5 times , then my complaint was registered. engineer sent who had no clue . He refused to spk or let me spk to his senior / colleague as according to him customer is not allowed to &he is not. Again dialed call c , she said will send an engineer, still waiting

    @TRAI @PMOIndia @reliancejio unable to do one rekyc when customer name changes in aadhar card due to personal reason, jio says you can't do rekyc height of madness when aadhar number remain same , name has undergone change customer can't do rekyc..let me know how to fool customer

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s 5th day of fiber network outage in my area still uncertain of resumption yet your executive told me that you have to pay bill . Why should i pay bill if I haven’t used your service.

    @JioCare we would like to inform you that we are facing a tremendous network problem in our Area from last 15 days, we already raised a complaint via 198 customer care they told the problem is under resolving process but till the issue is not resolved

    @JioCare The 5th day and no Wifi, called customer service to which they replied, "keep patience". I mean how to work when someone has WFH, please tell? I hate paying bill timely now. Last month same 4 days no Wifi, this month 5th day and no Wifi @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Number is not in DND and if rest of the jio sms are coming why is OTP not coming ? Do not give excuses ! I tried resend OTP as well still issue persists why I should I wait till tomorrow ? Are you not charging me / have not charged me till tomorrow ? @jagograhakjago they are loot

    @JioCare We had been given the same resolution for the past two days and we still havent got a technician assigned. As an IT professional I am heavily reliant on the net connectivity and we took Jio in the hope that it is the best ISP but when it comes resolving issues the team is 👎
