Please tell me if I should go to a different service provider and ask them to install a new connection, and the money which I paid to JIO is some kind of Charity or in vain.

It only shows how much games you are playing with your customers when you can't even keep transparency. I'm sure when it comes to billing cycle, two days late payment won't be counted in "I paid it sooner."
