    @JioCare @reliancejio i did not have a network of jio till date in my village We complied in jio thousand times Ever since Jio has come,we have not had any network here.There is no tower within 3 km radius of myvillage 2000Jio connection is here a great shame for Mukesh Ambani

    @JioCare since 2 days i am visiting the store in mg marg gangtok sikkim for esim issue. First day around 2.30 pm i reached the shop, he had already left. Today again I got reply he was not feeling well so left early. Lakhs of customer have n u can't keep few more technicians?

    How long does a customer have to wait for a basic internet issue to be resolved, @JioCare? The Wi-Fi service is not working, and the lack of prompt resolution is unacceptable. Kindly address this issue immediately before I am forced to escalate the matter further.

    @JioCare sir my landline is totally dead. I am unable to male or receive any calls on it. I have changed the handset but still the problem persists. Even JioJoin is also not working.

    @CommonBS786OM With almost zero competition in the market, @JioCare services have degraded to lowest these days. My 5G internet is pathetic and Jio Air Fibre is down since 4 days but these arrogant people don't care to fix. Common people is getting robbed by the industrialists for basic needs.
