    @JioCare As expected no visit by service engineer in the assigned slot. Not sure what is the purpose of customer care team. Totally disappointed. Couldn't get worse.

    @JioCare Facing Internet outage in my area from more than 24 hours now.. not able to raise request from either customer care number/whatsapp jio care/my jio app.. restarting router doesnt helps , kindly assign technicians to resolve issue asap
