    @JioCare Used your fibrenet. Happy with speed but not with service. During one month network speed was good but one time network stop working due to some issue and it took you to 4 days to resolve that issue which took 2 minutes time. Now thinking to move to other operator(1/2)

    Dear @reliancejio!! I have discontinued my Jiofiber connection last month but haven't received the complete Refund yet. I raised the issue twice, your executive says the refund will be processed in 7 days. No update yet.

    @JioCare Because of the missing connectivity Jio Fiber I'm consulting with my family to switch another operator for Broadband service. I applied many times for the service but, No response, Sadly I'll have to change my mood. I'm facing so many problem with it. @reliancejio

    @JioCare The wire on my jio Fibre has been damaged. Plz can you send some1 to fix it. SR000014SFAS. My complaint number. For new connection all ur staff reach in 1hour. But to fix a issue there is no1. @reliancejio
