@JioCare is earning lots of money 4m us. They charged a good amount for their call and data services. After using their service for 5-6 years n the SIM card needs to be replaced, they ask Rs.50 charge for it. They are looting people now.

@JioCare It is Ok. I never initiated for 2099 recharge, as I get charged the cheapest one.check.Why did this happen? Having a transaction number, why did you keep my money and torture me and make me take up with u frequently ? What is the compensation?

@JioCare I am unable to listen to calls or make calls on 5G network. Whenever i make call on 5G network call gets dropped also your customer care has closed my previous complaint without any resolution I am facing same problem. @reliancejio
