Did anybody experience in @airtelindia or other service provider that you get recorded voice to renew prior to 3 days of renewal date when you urgently call somebody like this motherboard @JioCare? So irritating and gunda gardhi.

We have been trying to request a service from an engineer or technician for a faulty jio fibre connection for days @JioCare @reliancejio but it's a whole cycle of replying to bots which ends up with nothing new than what we have already tried.

@JioCare will you stop asking “what is the problem” 50 times on DM since my complaint 10 days back? MY PHONE IS DEAD. If you can fix it, do so. If not, say you won’t. Don’t play this question game. It may be your favourite time pass but I don’t like it much.

@JioCare there is always an issue with your network!! Whenever I receive the call or i give the call to someone, i couldn't here the recieve and vice versa!! Expensive and cheapest network quality

Jio services have been pathetic in recent times. Commitments are not met as promised by @JioCare, @_MukeshAmbani . Looking for alternative service
