    @PRSundar64 @ACTFibernet is too costly and is not available yet in many cities. @reliancejio also is losing trust after they have slowed down their 4G speed. How can we trust that 5G speed will not be slowed down in next few years? On complain their answer remains same since past 3 yrs.

    I have applied for jio fiber 7 months ago. Jio fiber service is available in my society but whoever is coming to install jio fiber at my home, they are telling me that there is full connection in my society, Wait till 2 weeks and we will do your jio fiber connection(1/2) @JioCare

    My Jio SIM was taken around 2017/2018. At that time no one told me there was error in entering my DOB. Now I am told its an error and that I need to find an old document. Imagine if we, considering we are educated have to face this, what about the poor/uneducated? @JioCare

    @JioCare JioFiber worst service ever. I applied for connection day before yesterday and it’s still not done. Shouldn’t have switched from previous operator. Highly disappointed and regret choosing Jio.

    @jiofibre @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service. Initially I was told to take connection assuring a temporary disconnection is possible and once I reconnect I get the outstanding days connection back. After a struggle I somehow disconnected and now I am unable to connect back.

    @Smartprix @JioCare Signal Quality & Internet Speed is 3rd class in my area. Network bars are always fluctuating between 0 & 1. Both Ground floor and Terrace.
