@JioCare Till date issue has not been resolved. Jio WiFi was expected to be set up by 6thFeb but frm ystrday Mr.Divyanshu Tiwari (9082942515)Jio Representative is not responding over call. Pl confirm whether you are able to resolve my concern or not. Else i will shift to another provider

@JioCare @reliancejio @consumerforum_ Jio is the only pan-India service without any customer service whatsoever. No chat or call service is available. We're at the mercy of random field executives who cut the calls and a Twitter page that sends 2-3 replies a day.
