    @reliancejio every month twice or thrice i am facing problems with jio fiber disconnection.I try to reach customer care but they r all busy.its such a hassle to reach u guys.please look into the matter asap or disconnect it and return my all money with upcoming plan recharges.

    @reliancejio having bad network is a family problem to us there is always some or other problem either it's calling or its internet it's always and issue but like loyally customer we have still been a part of jio family ,but i am not sure for how many days now

    @JioCare When not replying what is meatof support. I recharged today and the site says payment not done successfully so try again and then they deducted money twice.why cheating?

    Hi! @reliancejio @JioCare #Jiodown I wd like to remind u that I’m not asking for free service from u and u hv forgotten the promise of better and faster internet in 2015 and are selling just G in the name of 4G and you should be ashamed for doing so u r cheating your consumer

    @JioCare Unfortunately your engineer as all previous attempts came and made the same excuse that nothing can be done. I hope you people are well awate of the progress. Will you make me know the status and further action planned for the resolution of this issue
