    @JioCare @AbhijeetKaate I was jio customer from date of its launch but due to minimum recharge issue I moved to airtel this month. And it makes me feel regret for not recharging jio

    @reliancejio Facing Slow internet in this 4g high speed era if you guys only want customers and you don't want to serve proper service then please don't waste customers money. We do recharges to use proper service but we are facing so many issueswith no resolution

    @JioCare I'm facing refund related issues since 17th Oct and that's not solved yet! The last communication was on 26th Oct where I was asked to wait for 7 days and yet here we are! The ARN for your reference is 20211017111212801300168140869172388. Please revert ASAP.

    @JioCare please stop providing this worst service neither improving your services nor helping us... Why you guys are are asking people to join JIO for higher speed and good service but I am facing this issue from so long when I was in my hometown then also I was facing the issue

    @reliancejio level of support provided by @jiofiber : Without providing any resolution, just closure of service request. No engineer visit, no resolution. Called several times to customer care and they are also disconnecting calls deliberately.
