    @amitjain5 For existing service customer care is a joke @reliancejio. Its 28 hours since I made first complaint about fibre connection. Hence what you say is another of great Jio jokes to fool gullible customers. As customers increased service quality nose dived. Jio is like BSNL these days

    @jio_fiber experienceing one of the worst customer care helplines and your service technicians are even worse, they fix and appointment and dont turn up nor do they even bother to answer your call. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani sir your staff has no value of time and commitment.

    Very disappointed with @JioFiber. @reliancejio @JioCare Poor service quality and even worse customer support. My issue remains unresolved, and your helpline keeps me waiting without connecting to a customer care executive. This is unacceptable. Please resolve my complaint 🙏

    @JioCare Totally unable to concentrate on work . Every 5 minutes the network gone . I dont pay for such a disgusting network . Improve the network or take away ur dabba . And I called the customer support and waited for more than 6 minutes each time but no response .

    @JioCare Ajeeb aadmi ho bhai . Jb mai router ke samne *** tb bhi speed nahi aa rha bol rhe extender lene ka . Doesn't make any sense. Jio care me ho soch smjh ke to reply kro and engineer ko bhejo aur live call kro bo smjhayega kya problem hai and #shame on you and your customer support.
