    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with jio customer care. Wanted to move from jio postpaid to jio prepaid. However, the customer care bluntly tells me that they cannot help us out. I have 3 jio numbers in my family and now will move to airtel. Utterly dissatisfied!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been following up since yesterday for my jio wifi not working. But your engineer has not turned up yet. And customer care keeps stalling that he will come and do not share nay contact number. Heights of ignorance. @reliancejio
