@reliancejio Pathetic customer service of Jio Fibre. Complaints handling executives do not come, however close complaint without visiting stating customer not available. If they come, they take OTP of satisfaction without informing customer purpose and solving issue.

Harassment by @reliancejio @JioCare rep Hemant Kumar: I applied for a new jio sim card & recd a code meant to be shared with jio rep upon delivery of SIM card. He kept demanding it in advance, and then angryly cancelled my request. VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR
