    @reliancejio I've a few Jio nos. & impressed with their network. BUT, I disconnected a no. 6363084992. I've been following up for over 2 months for final bill and account settlement. Everytime I'm told to wait for 72 hrs, but nothing happens. DISGUSTING

    @JioMart_Support Patience, patience and again patience. Its been alrdy 4 mnths having belief nd patience dat I vl get the resolution, but again being asked for patience. This is really shameful nd unprofessional customer service reply. ur escalation team need reformation. @JioMart @reliancejio

    @JioCare nvr expected this from jio. I hv been fiber customer since 1+ yr always subscribing999 plan whch comes with prime, hotstar. Whch jio claims that comes free with 999 plan. But the fact is that u hve to pay 1499 extra after one year to continue using prime. Such a scam

    @JioCare @reliancejio your service sucks, it's been almost 6 years of your service and my area still doesn't have a good network, on that you people have this ****** policy that if I don't use your data then I won't recieve calls and messages then what the hell I do now.
