    @JioCare Still my issue was not resolved. This is the big question mark on world class company’s service @JioCare @reliancejio It’s more than 50 days passed but my lean amount not credited in my account. I send all debit/credit amount statement screenshots but not any response comes.

    @JioCare I have already tweeted 3–4 times explaining that there are 5–6 Jio SIMs in our house and none of them get proper network inside the house. But instead of fixing the actual network issue, your team keeps giving settings-related suggestions for particular handsets.1/2

    Dear @reliancejio & @JioCare, I urgently need assistance regarding my JioFiber connection. Due to a misunderstanding, I downgraded to the ₹399 plan without realizing that it excluded TV channel services. Consequently, I returned my Jio 4K Set-Top Box, and Jio has already acknowledged its successful collection. Despite multiple emails, I have only been redirected to chatbot support without any proper resolution. I kindly request the following: • Upgrade my connection to the ₹599 Entertainment Bonanza plan (30 Mbps + OTT apps + TV channels). • Since the Set-Top Box has already been returned and acknowledged by Jio, kindly ensure that no notional value or penalty charges of ₹6,000 are applied to my account. • As per Jio policy, customers upgrading to an OTT bundled plan after returning the STB are eligible for a new Set-Top Box without additional device cost. Kindly arrange a technician visit for installation of the new Set-Top Box at my registered address. Please resolve this matter at the earliest as it is causing considerable inconvenience. Thank you.

    @JioCare Pls STOP these calls then bcoz the executive speak like as if they own the number & they behave in such a manner that I would like to PORT out immediate which I’m going to do. NO One speaks like this to a customer. Not acceptable sorry
