    @JioCare usually myjio has an option to activate new plan by clicking activate button right? Now it is missing in new version of APP. Is there way to activate new plan in latest version of my MyJio. #request #help

    @JioCare As you see from attached snap that network is very poor which showing -116 dBm & due to that call quality is very poor, calls are dropping along with browsing speed is slow. My number 8777495939

    @JioCare Even I called to customer care number they told me your problem will be solved before 4pm but nothing happens no one even came to check what’s the problem. Last time no one came For 20 days I have to use mobile data. Because of your service very few peoples are using jiofiber
