    @JioCare Pathetic service. Internet down for 5 days and I can't even connect to ur agent because ivr does not allow. Because if there is a fiber cut and if there is a fiber cut, they diable customer connect to an agent. what kind of service is this

    @JioCare NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

    @JioCare Really, next few days, aren't you mistaken? Dont you wait for 10000 tweets of slow speed internet harassment before you optimize the area? 28 days have happened only. Last year 30 days plus. So how many more? Are we taking for customers to die? Then how will you get recharges?

    @JioCare And therefore there is no proper customer support to explain the situation.whenever i contact customer support i can only get automated response. I would like to have a conversation with customer agent to sort out my issue

    @JioCare In the above screen shot where I had clicked view more and then only (you can see the view less part) why again and again you are trying to fool the customer .we are raising here since inaction for long .3 days earlier now 2 days . simple issue cannot be fixed means??

    @JioCare hi team, I have recently raised a request for relocation. The engineer came and setup new connection. He said it would take around two hours to activate. I’m still waiting. It’s been more than six hours. Please look into this and resolve this issue. ID: SR0003FIEVH
