    @JioCare This is the most disgusting customer service experience i am having with Jio. I cancelled my jio fibre connection 2 months back and still no refund is processed due to some missmatch of settop box number. I as a customer dont know about missmatch of serial number 1/2

    @reliancejio is full with stupid people. Very poor customer care services. Their licences shall be revoked by the GoI. Nothing more than looters & scamsters. Taking big ride of Indian public.

    5G works only when there is an active 4G data? When 4G data is exhausted, 5G wont work ? Because i failed to get 5G access after my 4g Data usage. Is that correct or network issue ? @reliancejio #JioTrue5G

    hi @airtelindia @JioCare why there is poor 5G connectivity in the IIT (BHU) Varanasi campus? 5G is only access able in only few regions of Varanasi.
