    Very Bad Network of Jio Company. I'm a regular costmour.But jio is very bad service in my location.There is so many issue in network while calling and browsing. In a great company it is not acceptable.Please Resolve as soon as possible.Atpo-ReamalPin-768109 @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Frustrated with Reliance Jio AirFiber—slow speeds, repeated outages, and no proper customer support only IVR loops since 6 months. If this continues, switching providers ASAP. Enough is enough.

    @JioCare Worst customer experience ever i am unable to use services with jio fiber, i have paid twice raised services request still i am unable to connect,now when I wish to disconnect my wifi u guys are not even letting me do it the supervisor declined my request.

    @JioCare Please note that if the amount is not refunded within the next 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this issue and file a formal complaint in the consumer court for deficiency of service.
