    @JioCare @JioCare How many times do I have to share the same details? Your team keeps asking for the same information instead of fixing the issue. This is the worst customer support experience I’ve had.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio your AirFiber service is awful. Every day the speed drops so much that we can't even watch TV or send messages. I've raised countless complaints, but nothing gets fixed.

    @JioCare SR00002MJE5M was raised with time slot 7 to 8 pm for Service Engineer visit. Neither any confirmation nor any reschedule message. If your man is not available its the Service agency's duty to inform Customer lest he waits endlessly. Asking time slot is just eyewash.

    @JioCare JioFiber not working again I recharge for whole month but it only works for couple of days without issues Daily I have to face some issues Multiple complaints still the same issue Now no one even picks up the call on customer care number It is getting on my nerves !
