    @JioCare @JioCare Because he is no longer available, no one visits for the service request, and my scheduled appointment gets delayed by days or even weeks until a new engineer is assigned.

    @JioCare This clearly proves that your team has not verified my case. My device was picked up over a year ago, yet you're still claiming the pickup is in progress. Your own records, emails, and service history will confirm this. Please stop giving incorrect updates, (1/2)
