@ViCustomerCare Raised an incident #3-119218835742 incident closed without any update. I tried to take the update I am being told my location is the problem network is not the problem. Look into this or else I’ll look to port to @reliancejio or @airtelindia.

a domain isnt accessible via @JioCare fiber. the technical team asked to check if airtel is working , which also failed. and then the executive said the problem is with the website and hung up the call. However i immediately checked with SNTPL and it was working. what a service
