  @reliancejio @JioCare trying to Port from jio prepaid to postpaid. Did KYC. Paid charges. But didn't Port my number. Is there any way I can talk to a human? All your customer care number IVRs can do is to repeatedly tell me my data balance.. that's it.

  @JioCare Dear Team, I have done jio mob recharge on 18/05 and it was clearly shown as failed. So done another one which was successful and later first recharge also got done. Customer care is saying we cannot do anything. Please help!! Thank you
