This process must be strengthened to resolve customers issues on first visit. Also, hold code should be obtained by Eng from the customer to keep the ticket on hold not arbitrarily.

This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support. @reliancejio
