  @JioCare There was no option to cancel this ₹200 plan, which effectively forced one to get the ₹349 unlimited 5G recharge instead. The Jio app displays "Unlimited 5G" for the ₹200 recharge, which is incorrect.😡

  Unable to pay my @JioCare ILL bill online. The portal shows my bill as "Partially Due", but when I click "Pay Now", it says: "You are cleared up with your invoices." Because of this issue, I'm unable to make the payment. Please look into this and resolve it ASAP. #Jio

  @JioCare It is ridiculous that, aftr several follow up in twitter, issue is still unresolved. Neither the call centre no is getting through . Meantime @JioCare has generated my bill . @j_anujj really disappointed with the way things are handled pls help.
