    @JioCare I’ve already tried everything you suggested, including rebooting and diagnostics, but the Wi-Fi is still not working. I’ve been facing this issue for a day and have repeatedly informed customer support, but there’s still no resolution. Please raise a Service Request urgently!

    how does one make @JioCare responsive to customer complaints...it has been 48hrs since internet has been disrupted ....every 4 hrs there is sms from Jio saying " sorry for the inconvenience " but no sign of restoration

    @JioCare there’s lot of network issues in Mira Road east, complaint raised still not able to resolve completely. In Mumbai Jio having such issues is strange.

    @JioMart_Support @JioCare Purchased items from Jiomart Sirsa(Hry). Wrong item delivered. Raised issue and thrice ticket is closed without providing resolution. Also unable to get new Jio Airfiber connection since one month. Someone should take action for drastic services at Sirsa

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup even after providing all the video & photo evidence about my issue whi h is not resolved in the last 15 days, yet no one is bothered to find a concrete solution. Just scripted msg are posted. I want refund of my amount is have paid for (1/2)
