    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing issue with my broadband. Recharged monthly pack but internet is not getting connected. Jio Support Team said they can't help & not ready to send the technician to fix this. My work is affected due to this and losing business heavily. Will you help?

    Raised another SR - Engnr visits the bldg twice, enters my flat no. at the security, never visits my house. No surprises that the call centre doesn't have a clue. Am so glad Jio is not giving any chance to rethink not continuing with them. Thanks @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio keeps hitting new lows. 3rd downtime this month. 21st - Complaint raised, Engnr visits, identifies issue as a backend issue, leaves, marks the SR "resolved" even though it wasn't. 1/2

    @JioCare porting to Airtel after realising you don’t care about your customers. Have complained about data vanishing for months . Your customer care is the worst. You are running a scam stealing data . It’s quite clear.

    @JioCare It’s been 15 days and my jio net is not working. I talked with jio customer care but nothing happened. I am a student my studies are going online. MY EXAMS ARE FROM 30.04.2021. I have suffered many loss from the poor internet. Kindly sort out my problem . @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am writing this as a Jio business customer (may be), applied for Jio broadband connection, we made the advance payment on 20th of march & booked the appointment for 24th March , toady 23rd April we are still waiting for the activation of the connection.

    @JioCare Thanks for considering my concern. We are getting the recharge information through text messages and calls from customer cares but my concern is why we are getting voice message during calls?
