My JioFiber is having issues since many days. I tried contacting and raising so many service requests . The matter was escalated to higher authorities too. Still no response.Also contacted technician personally but he wasn't even bothered to come and visit. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @Kishankryaadav According to jio every jio user should sit on tower for experience 5g speed. But in reality their service is pathetic. I am also using 2g on their 4g network.
