    My Airtel SIM has the most network problem, giving the most useless service in today's time, the Airtel SIM and the problem is not resolved even after complaining, in 1-2 days, if the problem is not resolved, then Jio is ready....@Airtel_Presence @reliancejio 😡😡

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima I am facing connectivity issue on daily basis at Sec9A Gurugram & due to which my kids are not able to attend their classes. Raised the concern with customer care but they said they can't help as there is lot of internet traffic. Where should we approach?

    @reliancejio it has been two days since raised request to resolve the issue of internet connectivity in jio fiber. No internet for last two days. Two requests raised in two days. When called second day to raise request, attend of call centre said that your issue has been resolved

    @reliancejio It's been a week not having jio's network here for call. Anduse if internet also always need to go on top to talk someone.Earlier its was totally fine dnt know what in back couple of days it's been even right now also i musing someone hotspot who is having airtel.

    @JioCare @JioCare @TRAI - it seems to be a big fraud game, where companies like Jio charge security money while giving connection and when connection is removed they dont refund money. Stop responding mails and customer care keep playing delaying tactics.

    @JioCare pathetic service by jio, they just want to fix their connection and doesn’t matter if they destroy someone else’s property. I asked them not to damage others wire while reconnecting the wire all they said we have to work like this because we have more complaints
