    @VodafoneIN I don’t you guys are not interested or not capable enough to resolve my problem on specific time. It’s better to port my number rather wasting my time money and energy with vodafone. I’m raising a port request as of now.

    Im living in Antriksh Golf View-1,sector 78,Noida 201301 from 2 yrs but now i m experiencing the bad network from last month issue like call drop,weak signal,sometime no service & data speed is poor. However Vodafone tower already installed in our society.@VodafoneIN @DoT_India

    @VodafoneIN I asked for renewal of Amazon Prime Complementary membership at customer care Mr. Ashish on current membership expiring on 23.10.19. He refused to take even the request for such extension citing procedure. Any procedure cannot deny customer to file request 9810975407

    @VodafoneIN Network Issue. My number is always not reachable when I use 4G network. It is really very disappointing that after 5 years of a complaint, Vodafone is unable to resolve the network issue in this area (Indirapuram, Ghaziabad).

    Very poor voice and data connectivity in Greater Noida West on my mobile number which is running since 2011 till date, so tou have any solution for the better connectivity in our area for Vodafone, else I need to switch to other MNO operators @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare my bill is showing 595 which is not correct because INR 6 with GST has been added in my bill as VAS and in break upas calls. I have unlimited call. I complaint befor also and executive said she will remove it but still showing it here. Plz remove so tht i can pay

    @rekhabaala @ViCustomerCare Prepaid is always better than postpaid because you pay in advance and there is never a debt or "hidden charges" trap. If possible, switch back to prepaid or port to a different provider. If you setup auto-pay in prepaid, you get the same behavior as postpaid.

    @ViCustomerCare hi Vi , i am using Oneplus 5T mobile ,i have used Vodafone sim on my sim slot 2 , recently my mobile shown no service for #Vodafone, while i went my village it shown signal on my sim...whenever i came to chennai its shown no service..#help to resolved this.

    Am unable to send port out message from Vodafone network despite having unlimited plan. @ViCustomerCare pls check & enable. Understand TRAI has mandated to allow sending port out message despite not having unlimited plans.@TRAI Need to switch to @reliancejio but unable to do so.

I reached out to the outlet as well buy they couldn't reason being I bought the SIM in different place and I am currently in different place due to work. So no means on how to get this fixed.
