    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare worst experience anyone can ever with ur service.1st u charge the customer with auto renewal then block there sim so that they can't send"STOP" to stop the service. Then u don't even respond back.Plz resolve this so that I cn port my Sim to other network

    Worst service of @ViCustomerCare you guys claiming that you are the largest service provider but you don't have coverage even in cities like Ghaziabad. How much is lying? Even you are not feasible to improve it. Every time i need to move out of my house if i want to make a call.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not facing any issue but I want to suggest something so that it can be implemented. Everyday you give unlimited internet usage from 12am till 6am on certain plans. So instead of 12am till 6am, can't you make it from 10pm till 4am? #Vodafone #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare says "We have checked the serving site of your location and it is max optimized at best possible level." Instead of investing in new tower VI is justifying itself thru silly excuse. VI takes money and instead of giving service asks for patience. Pathetic!

Only your customer care executive keep calling me 10 times a day just to inform me that the tech team has been informed. Mostly it is missed calls. U r the service provider ur utmost responsibility to fix

    @ViCustomerCare Wonderfully played. I raised a port request for Voda postpaid. You called me and convinced me that i raised two requests in succession and i will have to cancel one. What a masterstroke! Lost 400 rupees given to the other network guy and were able to have ur way.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am really fed up with your service. I recharged my no. on 16/06/2021 With 79/- with 56 days validity. But my no. is blocked for outgoing call since 5 days whereas validity showing on app upto 13/07/21. Can executive explain the reason. How can compensate.
