    @VodafoneIN has the most worst network service I believe and also the customer service too specially for internet connectivity 🤑 There internet does not work at all no matter in which location you are. They just know to suck there customer with some greedy offers.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN My Mob no: 9911073845. My internet working more then slow 2G speed...called to customer care multiple times but no response. I really regreting to recharging dos 3 month ..really poor service I having 4 GB data plan daily and all data balance is remains.

    @VodafoneIN The issue is long n remains unresolved. I still get missed called alerts sitting next to my mobile with full towers. Seems ur customers aren't imp for u anymore. It has been so many times I 've registered my issues even before....

    @ViCustomerCare done kyc thrice to convert a SIM card from postpaid to prepaid since 2nd of this month . Still KYC getting rejected . Is this how you treat a customer who has been associated for 25+ years … regretting to be associated .
