    @ViCustomerCare I went to vodafone greater noida. After due diligence Sim was to be activated within 30 minutes. But did not get activated. Mr Umer from vodafone customer care kept me waiting for 30 minutes with an advic e to revisit VI store.

    @ViCustomerCare Me 2 days back: "I'll port all my family postpaid numbers from Airtel to VI." Me today after buying a new VI connection to check VI network and customer service: "I would rather be without a mobile phone but never port any of my numbers to VI." Thanks VI

    @ViCustomerCare Sim activation not done for my number despite visit to VI, Alpha Commercial Belt, Greater Noida with all documents. Now, being told by VI customer care to visit again. It is harassment of VI customers by VI only.

    @ViCustomerCare very serious network issue. Not a single call completes without interruption once or twice. @TRAI Sometimes no ring for incoming calls. Missed call increases. Under 4G this is level of service, what will be for 5G. Tariff on higher trend but service on downsize.

    @ViCustomerCare it is disguas ting onvi part that they could not contact vi store in 8 days moreover mr omkar supervisor vi tells he will not raise any complaint nor get it resolved .my complaint of 13th june not resolved by vi VI CUSTOMERS BE ALERT

    @ViCustomerCare Dear madam Pl donot treat all VI customers street walkers .pl arrange correct status of my complaint . Pl let me know the compensation being given to me by VI for mental harrassment by VI . Why it should not be considered as case of 420

    @ViCustomerCare I got a new postpaid connection home delivered today afternoon. I was told that the connection will be activated with 3-4 hours. But I don't see anything yet. No network nothing.

    @ViCustomerCare What a third class company VI is. Bought a new postpaid connectioN. got home delivery of SIM. CustomerCare said the number is activated. There is no network because a damaged SIM was delivered. Now you want me to go to VI store 15kms far to get a replacement SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, DM is not the solution. Please check who has activated the VAS. I believe there are many people like me who are unaware of VAS getting activated by someone for which they are paying the money which they not even using.

    @ViCustomerCare Just received the worst customer care from VI. They kept me hanging for my unwell Dad’s SIM for a couple of days. After taking him to the store well before the closing time, they told me that they have closed the gallery an hour before time. Worst Customer Care.!
