@DoT_India @VodafoneIN However, we are charged with monthly rental plans since that day. Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)

@DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

Recently ported my Airtel no. To VI. 4G not working. Wifi calling not working. When called, Out of coverage area. Made a complaint at @ViCustomerCare , unfortunately no proper response. They simply say that their is no issue at there end.

Horrible experience trying to disconnect a number 9930303836 at @ViCustomerCare First was told by call centre to pay in July to disconnect, paid. Again a new bill came in August with fines. And now wasting time in Vodafone gallery in vashi trying to pay fine and disconnect
