@DoT_India @VodafoneIN However, we are charged with monthly rental plans since that day. Our services are blocked and we are getting monthly bills. Concern is if we had already paid for our services to Idea, why we'll pay them again to Vodafone? Operators merging is not our issue. (2/2)

@DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

Ported from @reliancejio to @ViCustomerCare due to frequent call drops in Jio. Ended up trapped in Vi’s outdated EDGE network. What a shame that telcos in India are still using 2G network! Will switch over back to Jio after 90 days.
