    Visited Vodafone store Sion to resolve recharge fail through VIApp. Surprise to hear from staff for online recharge Store can’t resolve it, you have to contact Care or Email. Requested for Customer relationship person who suppose to handle Customer is on leave.@ViCustomerCare

    Dear @TRAI inspite activating DNC and DND services with telecom providers @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN still receiving spam calls which never have I opted for. Are we doing something to stop these unwanted calls or as customer I just have to report them & get harrased answering

    @ViCustomerCare “Hi Prasad! We don't want to lose you. as team remarks under SR No. MUMV00891781219,once recharge is successful and benefits are credited it cannot be refunded or transferred.” I appreciate your policy terms which don’t care about customer and I will write-off the loss for me.
