Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

@ViCustomerCare I raised issue that appeal platform against closing DND grievance not available, they teach me how to raise DND grievance. I tried to raise appeal by calling on 198, but person disconnect call The DRAMA is running for 07/11/2022. They wasting my substantial time.

Port in to @ViCustomerCare network Today itself, Used 200 MB NOW no mobile data , can't access mobile data on any app, or website.... Other VI users are using it fine... Only SIM in mobile, headset is dual 4G VoLTE, updated with Android 12. Checked setting Mobile data roaming etc

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare so apparently Vodafone is deducting balance in the name of VAS even when customer doesn't request for the services. Their customer service representative informed me that this is a known issue. They do not refund customers unless a customer calls and cancels
