Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

@ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

@trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Recharged prepaid sim 8698918811 on 28 Sept 22 with Rs 99 plan where Vi Movies and TV is shown under Active Services but VMTV app says in Membership: No Plan Active. Customer Care Executive says not eligible for any OTT benefits. Pure Mis Representstion? Pathetic.

@JioCare Only reason I'm using @ViCustomerCare Because they provide unlimited data at 12am to 6am and weekend data rollover, you need to provide those kind of offers at least on your annual plans, in that way you can make customer buy your annual packs

@ViCustomerCare UPC not generated by you. You are not allowing sms outgoing. One of you saying for sim verification but there is no re-veryfication option in vi agent app. No Vi service center doing re-veryfication. You are making fool to customer.
