    @ViCustomerCare Unable to use Vi VoLTE on my number even after the settings are turned on, I'm using Galaxy S20 FE which supports Vi VoLTE and it's unavailable on my number! Did multiple restarts but unable to use. Kindly active my VoLTE Service on my Vi Number.Kindly takeaction.

    @ViCustomerCare Spoke to Customer care person confirmed that Not a Single VI store exist to buy VI sim in 509385 location. Not a single VI store in Telkpally Mondal (like mini town),Nagarkurnool district (like town),Achampeta ( like town) How your doing business with out providing VI sim cards

    While no action has been taken on my complaint, network engineer from @ViCustomerCare side comes to my house for inspection but no solution is found Every engineer has to say that the problem is from the tower side and the network tower is only 50 meters away from my house.
