    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny the basic ask. You cannot digest my money which I had paid to VI for a service which you didn't give. My crusade will continue forever. Don't underestimate a genuine customer.

    @ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny basic human rights. VI is not returning the money which I had paid for getting a service which was not given to me. My crusade for justice will continue forever. Don't think that I will remain silent.

    Between January and today, I have called customer care at least 20 times. Each time I've bn told charges will be reversed but it hasn't been.Nobody has called from @ViCustomerCare but I get sms saying that I did not answer my phone. Fed up of yr cheating and lying malpractices

    Just after a 365days recharge, me & my friend both started having problems in #Vodafone; connectivity issues & call drops multiple times a day in last 30 days. Whereas, everything is fine in my 2nd #Vi SIM which has a normal 28days data recharge, with talktime! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea has only one response- We don't want to lose you. They're cheating customers and denying basic help. They have scrapped all basic plans. Does everyone needs data and SMS? Nothing for old people who only need talk time. Disgusting. Shame on you.

    @ViCustomerCare I got an sms in Jan 2022 sauing my Amazon prime subscription would be renewed for Rs1k. I agreed. The very nxt day, another sms announced that it was renewed for Rs1499. I immediately requested Vodafone to cancel it. T

Sanjeev, I would ask you to take action regardless of the scale of the issue. I had a similar problem with tata sky DTH. They still call me, months later. We need to legally stop this harassment.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Airtel was worse wrt billing (Panzgam, '11). Kept sending bills despite discnxn. Swore to never revert. Voda-Idea seemed better, but their internet service in my last station (Dalhousie) was a joke. Your tweet has got more traction than most of my unit porting out, though.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI If the MNP has happened and you have migrated to new operator, older operator can not raise any issue as when the donor telco approves the MNP request, it is openly accepting that there are no pending dues now.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI It is almost impossible to leave a network, even if you do everything you are supposed to do. I once had to pay Reliance guys to go away. None of their online tools let the customers leave. Things have got better recently in Airtel, but just barely.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI It was a very critical problem in RCOM(Reliance). People got bills even after disconnection for 6-7 months. This happens due to lack of inter-team communication and the customer suffers.
