    @VodafoneIN Please help, my mothers in law's, voda prepaid 9674618684 has been deactivated, yesterday; she is a senior citizen and could not recharge.i had recharged with ₹ 50, yesterday (25th March, 2020), she got recharge sms saying validity is till 16th March 2020.

    I want to port my #Jio number 7003232463 to any network. Can anyone suggest me which one is better than jio in West Bengal. Jio giving 0.06 mbps minimum speed to 1.46 mbps highest speed. This is not 4G speed. @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @JioCare @Idea

    @VodafoneIN Though so many new ideas of covering the losses are being discovered by the company. They take no initiative to make their customers happy. I being a vodafone customer for the last 6 years is very unhappy with the service the provide.

    @VodafoneIN Suddenly I can see Rs. 49 has been deducted from my MOM's 7872411222. Customer support can't clarify the reason & refund, wheather 1 yr. Unlimited plan is already activated. What's wrong with @VodafoneIN Those uneducated stuffs are enough to spoil ur reputation.

    @ViCustomerCare We have not seen such a bad network till today. You guys send worse messages than that, the fastest network certified by Okhla. Everything is fake. Here the network continues to be 2G, 3G, 4G, it seems like it is dancing.

    @ViCustomerCare Last month I was in Jibhi area of Himachal Pradesh. My spouse is using a VI number and her number was without network for almost 25 days although all other providers like Jio, Airtel etc were providing 4G services with high data speed. The same happened in 2019 also.
