    @VodafoneIN Please help, my mothers in law's, voda prepaid 9674618684 has been deactivated, yesterday; she is a senior citizen and could not recharge.i had recharged with ₹ 50, yesterday (25th March, 2020), she got recharge sms saying validity is till 16th March 2020.

    @VodafoneIN most worst network i face from last two month . my number is postpaid approx bill 480+ . but voice call too worst . your customer care told me many time to refine service but no you guys r just impossible.

    @VodafoneIN This number belonged to Airtel over a decade back when I switched to Vodafone. Now seems its time to get back where it belonged. Consistent Vodafone network issue is a test for everyones patience now with no exceptions today!

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday vi internet was down since morning and from 12.08 am midnight there is no network in vi it's been around 10 hours now we are without network in our entire city and district. Focus on network issue not on marketing. Reason why vi is loosing customer.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneGroup Please think usr requirement b4 changing plan & selecting for the customer. Your new plan have no outgoing SMS, how can user register UPI Or bank app without it. Lots of people facing this problem. Please make user friendly plans
