    @VodafoneIN Your Executive called me in response to my grievance mail .First she said, charges were not for caller tune, then she confirmed it was for caller tune, and when I said that I had never downloaded any tune, she started teaching me how to use android phone. #cheatervodaphone

    @VodafoneIN Now the VAS charges for caller tune, illegally billed, has been reversed. However, further amount, call charges to special number remains unresolved. Issue also remains, that is , silently duping customer

    @VodafoneIN have got this nasty habit of activating VAS of their own and duping by charging customers. Has been charged for caller tune activation which I never did. This happened earlier too with my wife. Shame @VodafoneIN. Friends be careful about them.

    @ViCustomerCare First you tell me still the VI agent don't know how to speak with customers. Everyone is hurry to finish the call without helping. I have a data plan with will expire today but he is keep on saying please recharge first. Since 3 days I facing the same problem. Now I made my plan.

    @ViCustomerCare Your 12 to 6 bing data is worst. I never got internet speed at that time. I've complaint about this many times but your answers never satisfied me. just solve this problem immediately or else i will change my card.
