    @ViCustomerCare its 15 yrs now, that i'm using Vodafone. Was hvng strng faith and trust wid vi but day by after the tower service is getting worst. I'm just skeptic aboit breaking relationship over here. But with the strong adore for vi, i'm still hoping to get a good network.

    @ViCustomerCare I want justice. Vodafone idea should not cheat customers. I have paid my recharge amount. You have not restored my services and not bothered to return my money. I condemn such acts. You are fleecing customers and not providing resolution.

    Disgusting service @VodafoneIN Kolkata... That's it! My primary number that I am still holding on to .. dates back to the Hutchinson days.. Loyalty means nothing for @VodafoneIN .. So bye bye

    @ViCustomerCare vi 4g network is not working properly in my area, pin-711316, It's became very slow. YouTube, Google is not running so slow. I have cleared all browsing data from crome & Google activity but problem is still alive. Please recover the network.

    @ViCustomerCare Now when I called him at 6:30 pm to inquiry for my sims, I was told it will not be delivered today as they won't be able to come and asking me to receive the sims on Monday 26th Sep'2022. Is this your standard of service you give to your customer. Shame on you all

    @VodafoneIN Hey there, I recharged my number for validity extension with a special recharge value of Rs 103/-, my number is yet to reflect the new extended validity, instead some celebrity calling service has been activated, which I don't know anything about

    @ViCustomerCare We talk about so many things but the basic concern is that Indian companies cheat customers and they take advantage of the Indian consumer laws. Their excuse is that company policies don't allow them to refund customer's money, even when no service was provided.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already raised a complain previously, but still facing the same network error, network issue. I had already recharged for 1 yr, I'm srry that I have to port my connection. 15 yrs, that im using hutch then vodafone.

But raising multiple queries you are simply buying time to add up more delay and irritate your customers paying their hard earned money for your fake monthly postpaid bill

    @ViCustomerCare The outgoing service of my mom's phone stopped but incoming was active. I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.

If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.
