@VodafoneIN No resolution since my last tweet, I am only talking to chatbot from 23rd Feb 😋.No calls. After putting a complaint from different channel today i received a call mentioing a resolution within 7days. but you guys always say you are adding a tower in every hour 😆😂😅

Hey @ViCustomerCare still you have not implemented @TRAI order dated 07/12/2021 to restore MNP SMS with immediate effect. I am unable to send MNP sms where as mobile no. recharged with service validity pack and main a/c balance. Do you really follow @TRAI guidelines?
