Finally I had to complain in the Consumer Helpline. Finally I have not been charged for the VAS this month. #vodafoneidea

Very bad VI 4g Signal at my location lat:25.812684,long:81.838455 @ViCustomerCare,It's useless to provide 4g plan for this location.while recharging plan you should also provide one more filter for verifying the user location having 4g connectivity or not.WFH impossible with VI.
