I believe, now is the time to move on. Get the portability done again from @Idea to either @airtelindia or @JioCare or maybe to @BSNLCorporate. Idea Customer support center employees, too seem to be unhappy sitting at @VodafoneIN centers, post merger. 5/n

@VodafoneIN How many time you raised the concern. Try to resolve the issue. Day by day your network is going pathetic. Forget about data, unable to listen the voice from other side. From March to July when your ASAP will came god knows.

Apart from the pathetic network, now @ViCustomerCare even leaks private information, despite being informed that the owner of the no. is not on the line and it is someone else. To top it, when my colleague assertively informed the caller again, the caller became rude!

@ViCustomerCare for complaint number CHN-V00369440252, customer care executive is trying to reach the number which i reported as no signal issue, instead of my alternate number. I think no one understood my complaint but resolution date fixed as 20 march. Very poor service.

Hello @ViCustomerCare there is no network since 3 hours, can't even reach to your customer care. I am not able get my OTPs for my trades. Facing the this problem frequently. It's high time now. I have to think on other networks if this persist. #vodafoneidea
