So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

@VodafoneIN Please check your Area network. The fault isn't in my sim/handset. It is in your so called "4G Network" on the Location. Vodafone is absolutely DEAD.

We were called by VI and assured that we’ll get a refund but nothing done about it. Don’t expect to be cheated by a brand like VI. Shame!
