    @bharath_kiddo @ViCustomerCare This happened with me too bro. They haven't sent any email notification before changing the tariff plan and they simply changed the plan to 299. When I enquired they said they can't revert the plan and I need to pay the bill. Worst customer service ever.

    @ViCustomerCare From last 2-3 months....vi is worst network in city like Ahmedabad.... centre Ahmedabad... Every few minutes data speed goes down... Name of gigabyte....not a 3G Speed.... Every few minutes & especially in night.... network speed & strength goes down often.... Such a irritating

    @ In our area VI internet service is being worst from 2 weaks and when we are trying to contact the customer care service no ,the no is switched off . Now its our last hope to tweet in reply section of VI official Twitter handle .Please do something .@ViCustomerCare
