    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, I am not able to connect to interne. Everytime I complaint I received a call saying it will take upto 90 days. You guys don't even have a 90 days plans. My existing plan will be over till my problem is solved. Do somthing about it or you gonna loose cust.

    @ViCustomerCare I was told that i will be provided @PrimeVideo in my redx plan …now it says you have already claimed it.terrible confusion.the network bar shows full network with 4g but the speed i get is only 780kbps .I guess it time to port now.
