    @ViCustomerCare Surprising I can't change to prepaid plan from postpaid by having same number. I am using it for last 15 years and customer care instructed to buy a new SIM if I want to shift to prepaid. I have no option but to port to Jio or Airtel. Strategy to lose customers!

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 2 days since i complained about no 3G-4G services on my phone. You assured it will be repaired in 24hrs but still i am getting only 2G network. No option left other than Port. @reliancejio @airtelindia please suggest your plans.

    @ViCustomerCare i have been given false information since the time i have done international roaming recharge and you were not capable of providing me the service. I was told balance is added on my number and i can use it anytime. But now it's showing zero.

    @ViCustomerCare Visited 3 time to Vi store Dalhousie Kolkata. But still my issue has not been resolved i have recieved the request no - DEL-V01198780374. You all debit my balance by 50 rs on priority but but neglected my issue pls confirm how to port the number. Vi is worthless.
