    Really Disappointed with VI service I buy VI sim with 350rupees with frc299 may be. It activated after 1 hour but I can only call with that sim. Data is working for a couple of minutes after switch on the phone. Then 4G service not showing and stops working @ViCustomerCare

    @imkvkn79 @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is fraud. Get ported ASAP. Not getting incoming calls and SMS on my Vi SIM for the last 17 days. All my bank work is blocked because I don't have OTPs!!! Don't let this happen to you as well. They will NOT HELP. #FraudVodafoneIdea #FraudVI

    @SpotifyStatus @spotifyindia my spotify app is not working on mobile data, I'm using iphone 12 and my telecom provider is @ViCustomerCare it's working fine on wifi connection. please resolve the issue. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps.

    @dheerajcarry @ViCustomerCare Good riddance! I think we should all collectively port out of @ViCustomerCare and we all already have the reasons why. Signal strength is weak, internet is slow, fraud-like plans, and cherry on top is the amazing customer support! #FraudVodafoneIdea #FraudVi
