    @ViCustomerCare There’s a certain office area in my Industrial compund where there’s no reception of Vi network. Only in that surrounding particular area. If would be great help if you could send your field engineer to inspect and solve this network issue as it’s causing trouble

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely no regard to anything the customer is stating. Yet another f/up call rcvd wz this agent also having no clue what’s happened on ALL previous calls. How difficult is to understand my concern? What language do u understand if not Eng or Hindi? Ridiculous
