    @ViCustomerCare Can your excellency at Vodafone Idea explain why the VoLTE service is still down. You mentioned that you will revert back, but so far no outcomes. I have a genuine question - whether you will refund the rental for the duration of your call services being unusable?

    @ViCustomerCare Why vi network playing hide & seek😡 At night when I tweeted that I am going to port, in the morning the network was back, the whole day network was good and disappeared again at 12 in the night and now problem continues again😑 This is really disappointing😖

    Hey @ViCustomerCare your data speeds are worst in 534238 area. I've been waited a long time for my data connectivity issues. Now it's time for me to change my network. extra data and other offers don't help when your data speeds are worst . Applicable to all providers

    @ViCustomerCare I have done recharge for 84 days on my Vodafone number in June 2022 and today I received a message of Recharge Validation Expired. I mean how? I faced the same issue in May 2021 as well. I want validation for both months. Its ridiculous fix this.

    @ViCustomerCare I get 8-9mBps max on Airtel 4G in area but VI fails me to give even 1mBps on 4G whereas Vi 3G gives me 2mBps max . I've already details plenty times but no actions was taken on it! Why r u even have customer support in that case? Save money, fire some people!😠😑
