    @ViCustomerCare even after several updates to vi that i am in US eastern time zone, support guys give calls at around 3 - 4 am. Finding - only chat support works in indian night shift, all other support teams including twitter, works in Indian day shift.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to get network on my sin at my hometown since last 3 days.I would be forced to change my network if not resolved at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare This is extremely horrible service My Grandmother is very sickly and can't visit the local customer service centre due to advanced age. My family and I have called on multiple occasions only for them to visit the home for recertification of KYC to no help
