@ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

@ViCustomerCare Vi's customer support is super fast, my VoLTE was not activated then I just talked to customer care executive and they told me that my VoLTE will be activated in next 30 minutes, but my VoLTE was activated under 5 minutes. Best customer service thank you Vi.

@ViCustomerCare yesterday your exec called up and told that thr is a tower planned in my area to boost up the network. And today it slumped even below poverty level. Its showing cross(no network) where it used to be 20%, or 10% VI network. Great craftsmanship Kudos 👍

@ViCustomerCare I just received a call where your executive was barely clear in voice. He didn't evn ask me if i still had the issue. I believe the call was just a dictated one where the solution was just to be said but not asked if it was really resolved or not. This is pathetic!
