@ViCustomerCare Rural connectivity is very poor. Ok, please stop your service & inform your south India customers to port, so that you can provide good quality service for north India brothers. At least you should have made a 4G strong network in the south, but you failed, No free MSI & CTunes.

I first contacted @ViCustomerCare — they opened complaint IDs BHR-V01930979295 and BHR-V01935533102. Vi later replied saying, “Cashback successfully processed on your wallet.” But @MobiKwik shows nothing credited. Not a single rupee. So, who’s lying? 🤔

@ViCustomerCare From August 2025 until now, 5G services have not been properly rolled out in Meerut, and there is still no proper 5G network. So, why are they claiming lightning-fast speeds when the 5G network isn’t even functioning properly? Please improve your services.

@ViCustomerCare help to solve issue I travelled from mumbai to delhi and my vi sim is not able to get network- showing no service. I have tried restarting phone, checkinf sim card in slot, switch off on phone, still its not working. Same phone have another vi sim that is working
