@ViCustomerCare Don't want to get the same message and words again and again. When a customer disappoints, he will broke 10-15 customers other also. Don't want to repeat the problem also. Decided to Switch to another company as your services are really appreciative. Thanks

What I have observe from last 2 months is, #vodafoneidea is very good at listening and registering your complaint but when it comes to solutions they are 0/100. I don't know what they wanna prove by registering complaint without providing solutions @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare is charging Rs 500 to Rs 10000 for premium numbers from their customers. I have purchased Vi premium number for Rs 2000. But the telecom company is not able to provide 5G network on calls as well as Internet services. @TRAI
