@ViCustomerCare Dont buy Idea . Its a crap network and I have been complaining about its network since 6 months. They bluntly deny that no further enhancement is possible in your area. Network team useless & Appalate fooling customers.

@ViCustomerCare i used to think that BSNL has less customer centricity but you guys have won the no.1 tag of worst cust centricity. No solution provided from last 2 weekends. I am not able to use any data on weekends and u guys are promoting about rollover data. Shame

@ViCustomerCare such a worst service since i am using from 2014 but now got tired with the network service, I don’t want to recommend to anyone to use vi network,networks strength is dead completely and unacceptable at all,using 12 connection but soon will portout.
