Pathetic service!!! Vodafone network is down in Halisahar Nabanagar(West Bengal), especially can't able to call and receive properly. Still haven't fixed this issue. Resolve it ASAP. @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare, I’m tired of getting the same copy-paste reply every time. My issue has been “forwarded to the team” for ages with zero action. This is unacceptable. Give me a real update and a real resolution. Until my complaint is resolved, I’m not paying any bill. —Chandan
