Pathetic service!!! Vodafone network is down in Halisahar Nabanagar(West Bengal), especially can't able to call and receive properly. Still haven't fixed this issue. Resolve it ASAP. @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare @tweeklabs Iam trying to change my no. from postpaid to prepaid. But your vi representative not cooperating at all and says that I have to use my sim for more 120 days. Even I have paid all my bills. That is so frustrating and service is not good at all

@ViCustomerCare I'm fed up with your unwanted VAS services that are automatically activated by you, and when we ask for deactivation and refund, your customer service refuses to refund. I don't have the option to port out if you continue to do this to your consumers @DoT_India
