    Pathetic service!!! Vodafone network is down in Halisahar Nabanagar(West Bengal), especially can't able to call and receive properly. Still haven't fixed this issue. Resolve it ASAP. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Giddi 'A' (Jharkhand), here the network is really poor. Whenever it rains network gets disconnected for hours. This is primary no and I am not able to do my day-to-day work like banking, office work(As it requires OTP or any other authentication with mobile no).

    @ViCustomerCare please fix your coverage at 384151 or you are at risk of loosing customer base. Calls not stable without Wifi-Calling and at slow device support rate, Wifi-Calling is not an effective solution. Fix your towers please. Whole route till nearby villages.

    @ViCustomerCare Network coverage of Vodafone in Lucknow is pathetic. And no it's not some Rural area of Lucknow, I live in the main city. Not able to send messages, Error 38 keeps coming, it's been 3 months. No economical packs for someone who doesn't want your internet services.

    @Airtel_Presence I have 49pack n have main ballance still not able to send SMS. Why?121 Executive said we stopped SMS service for basic packs even if you have sufficient main ballance..Like seriously? Please solve this issue else have to MNP to @ViCustomerCare or @JioCare
