  @ViCustomerCare Also the call reception is not good. Have to go out of the house to recieve call as the other party keeps complaing of not able to hear my voice. Having a postpaid connection and getting this kind of service is compelling me to go for Airtel or Jio if my issue is not addressed

  @ViCustomerCare Usage but suddenly the speed has decreased. Previously also it was not superfast. I was getting around 3-5mbps, which was manageable but with this kind of speed I don't think I can continue if this issue is not addressed asap. Paying for 4g and getting speed of not even 2g..

  Spent hours trying to find a solution for "message not sent. Phone number formatted incorrectly" after recharging with 79. Turned out they don't give sms service on that. Had to recharge with 129 just to set up gpay!! Kitna lootoge bhosdiwalo @ViCustomerCare ?
