Continous buffering and lag on @VodafoneIN vodafone play app while playing a movie at 11.35pm, please for god sake upgrade now, or ur trend of lossing subscriber will go on, u people are famous for lossing subscriber due to ur poor 4g network. @VodaIdea_NEWS

Hey @ViCustomerCare, Now without a SIM card, not receiving SMSs or calls and don't have a way to contact anybody or receive anything. My old SIM is also not working. What type of #pathetic #service are you providing? No ethics at all. Already provided my details in DM (2/x).

@ViCustomerCare Hi Shalini concern number is 4-121216393905. I don't have an alternate phone number but I guess with the quality of service provided by VI their customers do need one from a more reliable provider. For now can we connect via twitter/DMs and I'll share a number shortly.
