@ViCustomerCare Roopa Rani was unprofessional, ill-mannered, rude. She was not able to provide me resolution not only this when i requested her to transfer this call to senior then all of a sudden, she disconnected the call.. Now messaging me to replace the sim it's ur responsibility not mine.

@ViCustomerCare Your company had activated the most expensive plan on my phone no. without my permission. When I contacted your customer care I was informed that it cannot be deactivated and the fee for deactivation is Rs 3000. Pathetic! @GoI_MeitY
