Hi @VodafoneIN in one of my no. Outgoing service is deactivated. I recharged that no yesterday with 50 and still outgoing is disabled. This is really frustrating i am unable to call anyone. Please help. 🙏🏻

@ViCustomerCare Our helpline number 7066610030 isn't connecting to internet service. Called 198 and the executive said we do not have any data pack. While the ivr says I have 1GB. By when can we expect the issue to resolve & what about 4days of data lost due to issue from ur end?
