Ordered for a duplicate SIM and somehow magically the new SIM request is cancelled... That's it , I am moving out of Vi ...simply unacceptable ..

After Inserting the Prepaid SIM I have completed the necessary tele-verification. Signal is coming but still no incoming and outgoing call can be done. Everytime it is saying Temporary out of service.
