    @reliancejio @VodafoneIN Please stop your respective networks... So Bad Connectivity at Durgapur-1.. No Live Streams are loading. Hopeless services at this Part of the Country for last 10 months since I'm living here... Stop boasting about providing connectivity all over India.😠

    It's ur money but they will deduct without ur concern & when u complain they will say, we are happy to help u but actually they not & they will not give u proper resolution & when u again try to connect, they will not respond, that's @VodafoneIN for u India @rsprasad @MIB_India

    @VodafoneIN Today I have converted my Vodafone SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid. After Inserting the Prepaid SIM I have completed the necessary tele-verification. Signal is coming but still no incoming and outgoing call can be done. Everytime it is saying Temporary out of service.

    @VodafoneIN the fluctuation of ur network is really irritating. Please make ur network consistent. U have amazing n/w data speed but the fluctuation spoils everything. Sometimes it changes to even 2G n/w.

    @VodafoneIN I called up your call center folks and explained in details, this issue. They took note of my number and said that there would be an analysis on it and issue resolved. Nothing has happened for more than over 24 hours. Disappointed! #VodafoneIdea #Vodafone #4G

    Hi @VodafoneIN in one of my no. Outgoing service is deactivated. I recharged that no yesterday with 50 and still outgoing is disabled. This is really frustrating i am unable to call anyone. Please help. 🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare Hi there. It's useless for your team.. as they don't have solutions for this and will the same trained language which #Vodafone has trained them to say.. No need to call me if #vodafone have solution then apply it else is useless to call and harass customers

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I reside in Purwa Tarauha village, District Chitrakoot (PIN 210205). I have filed complaints numerous times, yet no resolution has been reached. You people simply keep saying that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but in reality, nothing happens.

    @ViCustomerCare A brand doesn’t lose customers because of one technical issue. It loses customers when frontline staff become disrespectful. Today at VI Store, Mayur Vihar, the response to a customer concern was: “Jahan complaint karni hai kar do.”

    @ViCustomerCare On ₹579 plan, data cuts from 2GB limit & stops when over, despite full 5G signal. Done all steps told by your executives. Don't blame my 5G phone, signal is full. This is your backend mapping glitch. Fix it ASAP! #Vi5G
