    @VodafoneIN you have the worst network possible. I’m a postpaid user and have one of your Red plans, that literally makes me see red nowadays. Poor connectivity is an understatement for u. Just tell me how to port put, as soon as possible.

    @VodafoneIN my internet is showing 4G+ but it behaves like a 2G network. The worst experience i have received. I think i have to change my sim coz u all r not listening to my problem but u have sent me a bill. I have paid that without using it. Kindly solve my internet problem.

    @VodafoneIN My wife phone two sim lost,went to police complained,met your officials at Kolkata near Naktolla for blocking both issue duplicate with same number.Instead ask to send mail to mail ID that do not exist .Today through customer care got another mail ID and asked for duplicate sim

    Highly disappointed with @VodafoneIN Their ‘Happy to help’ tagline is just a hoax. I’ve been emailing, dm’ing, constantly tried to connect to customer service department but I failed miserably. Since I have already recharged till September 2020, I have no options. #Vodafone

    @VodafoneIN You should shut down your third class network. Just to tweet or else play a song on any streaming app takes a lot of time. Unable to watch Youtube videos without buffering and opening a website is impossible. You don't deserve a single penny for the service u provide.

    @VodafoneIN here at Babubazar, kolkata my internet is not working i have to use jio wifi for using internet hahaha. I have send you my address in message 3 times but its not working again. Hope you will solve the issue otherwise i will definitely change my sim and choose JIO sim.

    So @ViCustomerCare doubled my plan charges by just sending me an SMS and without taking informed consent. Each call still takes minimum 3 tries to connect. Now bills are all double/triple of what they used to be. And CC just doesn't want to help. Terrible state of affairs.

    @ViCustomerCare My father in law raised multiple complaints for him not being able to call jio numbers from his vi number. Everytime they just change the status of the complaint to resolved without actually resolving. He is still not able to call jio numbers.
