    Very pathetic service from @VodafoneIN Televerification is pending since 13 hrs & I m suffering I can't call Or receive any call since 13 hrs bcoz @VodafoneIN is having technical fault. I was vodafone postpaid customer since 7 years. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @idea_cares

    @VodafoneIN I had recharge my number for Rs 45 plan and as nothing was mentioned in it I had recharged it, but then as I didn't get it in my main balance I called up customer service and I came to know that it'll be added as a secondary account.

    @VodafoneIN extremely rude staff at voda parkstreet store avik and arpan . Had entered to find intl roaming charges on a prepaid number .they kept asking me to give them a voda number and or my mobile number and didn't share a basic info.stock prices no wonder in single digit

    Not experienced a more incompetent customer relations team than Vodafone. Have been trying to get email id updated. been 10 days since The same. Have submitted the documents several times but they only have 1 answer, that the query will be resolved soon @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Vi indoor 4G network is not stable . It's continuously switching to 2G and sometimes no signal in my location.
