I had visited Vi-store today and they took sim replacement request and gave a new sim. Let's see if my gets resolved or not.

Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.
