Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.

Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.
