    @ViCustomerCare It's been over 24hours & my complaint is not resolved also 4days from the time I have purchased the sim card, number is still not active.. I'm self isolating myself and my family is tested Covid positive on Saturday. Can the number be activated please ? 🙏😭

    @ViCustomerCare due to this network issue I’ve already raise port request to @airtelindia. Within this week if it is not rectified then I’ll be happy to switch in @airtelindia along with my fellow colleagues.

    @ViCustomerCare I never seen this type of worst network and worst customer support like Vi india. I raised complaint about call waiting issue on Mar 8 still there's no response from their side even I made replacement for Vi sim that services is also not working @TRAI @DoT_India

    @Vodafone_Ind @VodafoneIN u guys don have network consistency. Spend money now 2 get consistent business. U have seen reliance downfall. I can't tolerate my boss daily dose saying network issue makes me unfit 4 WFH. I will switch 2 other network. Kodigehalli,K.r.puram-560067

    @ViCustomerCare Shared the details, not too hopeful about the quality of response or resolution. The Vodafone stores need to be closed as they are practically useless. The only thing they apparently deliver in store are new/replacement sim cards, nothing else!

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi Team, I want to enable the SIM Lock feature on my Vi SIM. However, I do not know the current SIM PIN. Could you please help me with the default SIM PIN or guide me on how to obtain/reset it? Also, please let me know how I can get the PUK code if needed.

    There should be a "refund" option if your service provider is not able to provide network @ViCustomerCare do one thing, just simply warn your customers that you are not able to provide network in there area kindly switch to another network provider OR JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR
