@ACTFibernet It was resolvee after 10 days . 15 emails , 14 auto-generated response, 1 day of no internet ( disconnection ) . If that's your best service . Thank you . Also your app crashes , not really useful . Rated 1 star

@ACTFibernet The issue got resolved around 5:30 pm. The broadband wire was cut somewhere in the area and the team took around 30+ hrs to find out. Whole day is gone waiting for a call or update from ACT. ACT need to improve on customer connectivity.
