Not able to contact customer care and if try to msg or chat this will be the problem as above. Worst service and connectivity from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. You can check my complaints that howmany times I have registered a complaint on internet connection and slow speed.

@ACTFibernet I am facing lot problem of internet. This is in my son's name. Repeatedly requesting to recetify, but it is fallen on deaf ears, one of the worst worst internet I have seen. I can download a file in very good speed in idea sim atleast 200 kbps. Ac no 101113654712.

@ACTFibernet Internet connection is not working at my house since last Saturday (01/04/23) evening. I lodged a complaint on that day. But till date (03/04/23) internet connection is not fixed. Every time the internet goes down, you have to wait for 3 days.
