May I know what is the problem for you to install modem and required setup for internet? Account No : 101769429054 Multiple times I’m facing this issue with @ACTFibernet . But a small hope, that these guys will not repeat next time. But you guys are habitually doing these things. Day before yesterday I have paid for the connection, after that I keep on doing follow ups, and customer support team keep on saying “Today the installation will be done”. I still wondered, how you guy’s surviving in this competitive world with this poor services. Wake up man & improve your services. You are loosing customers Trust finally. @ACTFibernet No resolution yet. It's been weeks that the wires are hanging in my lane unattended. I received a call from Airtel and the local internet to offer internet setup and services within 3 hours of time and there you are that haven't fixed it for weeks. Disappointed!
