    @ACTFibernet such a huge waste customer care, No connectivity, and an app which has no chating facility. It's not what you promise when u come to give connection. Too slow says 40 Mbps and nothing near to it.

    @ACTFibernet Need box installation for our 10 flat apartment with 8 flat owners are ACT customers, despite we are having wires from neighbor building, wires are hanging like ****. We have internal wiring in our flats, still because of no box, we have given connection from windows

    @ACTFibernet 300 Mbps SME connection getting only 9Mbps and no service at all… more than 24 hours of opening a ticket, issue still not resolved with no idea of resolution and no phone number to escalate!!! Pathetic service. Moving to Jio… nothing can be worse than this!

    @ACTFibernet Today, It will be 2nd day and internet is still down in Thaltej area of Ahmedabad. When I called for assistance, everytime, I get the same response in terms of, just raise the complain in app and our team will look into the problem ASAP but still pending!!!!

    @ACTFibernet This is the kind of service I have been receiving lately. When I denied paying he fixed the wire using celotape and left. Now the issue has reoccured. I am sure if I should quit your service and inform all my contact ls about the same to save them from trauma.

    @ACTFibernet claim to be one the the leading ISPs in India. The network always gets down atleast once a week and the service team is so poor that they don't even resolve it on the committed time and give false promises. Wfh is getting difficult with such ISPs. Time to switch ISPs
