    @ACTFibernet hello ACT Management, your customer care team taking complaints and giving TAT to us but the reality no One working on that complaint just see my case I contacting your team from 1st of this month almost 7 times but no One working on my complaint, kindly focus.

    @ACTFibernet facing connectivity issue at home after power fluctuation. It's working for all others in the community but for is it doesn't even appear in the available networks though modem is on. We did all we can at our end but no internet. Please help

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for ur response. There is a POC Suresh for our society. He never responds to our calls. Sorry to say this - 80% of our society residents ready to switch to @airtelindia from Act due to frequent internet issues. Issue is not only during outage time, but also exists earlier
