    This @ACTFibernet has the most utterly unprofessional bunch of team members. When you raise them concern, without listening fully they simply disconnect the call. Happened twice with me today. Since yesterday my internet is not working. Utterly disgusting service.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet worst customer service from act. Have been charged but not even a single call back since last 8 days. Inspite of multiple calls and requests all I recieved is assurance nd not even confirms. Plz refund amount as I don't want such pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet The service needs a lot of improvement. As the work was not completed in the stipulated time. This is not the first time this has happened. Either promise and deliver or don’t promise.
