They once told me there's feasibility of connection in my area , they came to my house after collecting money, and then the technician just vanished. 2days later had to call them & they said no feasibility and they took a month for refund

@ACTFibernet I don’t remember the agent name. Because of me I don’t want to ruin their job. But ACT in general the overall quality in broadband service and customer support is gone down. Earlier this was the best now it’s not.
