Also said it will take time to resolve the issue, you may disconnect the connection, we will initiate the refund. Team it's been week still my issue not resolved its hampering my work.

Your support staff headed by a Mr. Abhishek (who is in charge of South Delhi I assume, n who sits in okhla office) does not have a clear line of communication. aalap (@aalaprag) reported@ACTFibernet you guys suck, was paying for 150 Mbps plan, got 80 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed consistent fluctuations around these for the last 2 months, no solutions from the local technicians or customer support. Asked to disconnect, I was assured I’ll get a refund prorated basis (customer service rep said this exact thing), but now they are saying you can’t get a refund. I have already moved to a new carrier. Don’t understand how you guys operate. Give **** speed, don’t resolve the issue and then not giving a refund just because. I am going to raise a complain to consumer court for this.
