    @ACTFibernet. Hi there, unable to contact in helpline number as both the number is not working for Hyderabad. I wanted to raise the complain to connet the wire as our neighbors construction is in progress and the internet wire is going above the site so soon they will break it.

    @ACTFibernet the Hyderabad operations of Act Fibernet is really bad. I have taken a new connection more than a week ago. I signed up for 12 months but not activated yet. Poorly managed operations. Lack of coordination between technicians. No response to calls

    Update: Received full refund. Literally had to drag their COO into the issue to get it resolved this quickly. @ACTFibernet you guys need to de-bloat upper management and un-thug ground level beat minions. Alvida.
