    @ACTFibernet you guys are the most stupid internet providers ever. Your fustomer support is next to zero. You dont care. I have had it. I want to recall all my 80 connections in my building and sue you guys for unfair trade practice. Just wrong promises. @ictmin

    @ACTFibernet Thanks ACT for your Wonderful and marvelous support got since 5 days. I am keep on callng this no. and in between calls your executive says that they will connect to service desk and they will disconnect. My query is for new connection setup is this is way u treat us

    @ACTFibernet Since a month i have problems with internet (A/C No.101012645475). Unfortunately i had paid for one year ..I’m fallowing up with your call center.. No response.. I want to disconnect immediately..Kindly assist to refund my balance payment.

    @ACTFibernet by taking customer money doesn't increase company revenue but you should also gain customer trust ....if my services are not restore in one hour will disconnect all connections which are on my name

    @ACTFibernet big thanks to u 4 giving me Day 5 without broadband. I now talk to my parents daily, that are not that boring I understand now. And btw the best customer care, anything you tell them will be resolved in 24 hours and the same dialogue on day 5 #actcorp #sucks

    @ACTFibernet Fed-up with the service. Facing issues with connection more than 24 hours. Strange thing is through WhatsApp the issue can't be raised. Will there be a resolution by tomorrow? I need a bill amount waver for 1 day also.
