    @UdayMannam @ACTFibernet Yes Uday, the router has to be labelled as “Gigabit” to get speed beyond 100mbps. For now you can test it directly plugging the lan cable (from ISP) to computer to rule out other possibility like wiring defect or network setting on network adapter of computer .

    @ACTFibernet Please let me know if u don't want to solve for issue I am OK to switch off power supply to both boxes ..I am being human by not doing that , as I understand what will happen to folks whose connections will stop workingIt is one month plus with continuous follow up

    @ACTFibernet guys please dont go with act fiber net. It is very very bad response from them its been a two weeks that i have raised for new connection every thing is done from my end but the thing is they have did not installed the internet till now and not even call back. Waste

    @ACTFibernet Got the connection but really not happy with tech guy with whom i have spoken was very rude and its been like not at all intrested in giving connection where in have 8 port box in my buidling he was denying that box was available have shared pic of whatsapp then he agreed for it.

    @ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me  mention to the concerned team about the second box..

    @ACTFibernet @yajulsrivastav They just cheat in the name of speed. You'll have this correct for a week now and when you check the speed it'll drop again. I faced same issue and my speed would even drop to 1-3 Mbps. They're not even give response. I had my connection and due to their fault they disconnected.

    @ACTFibernet The product is excellent, but the customer service is very poor and rude. I am very upset with the service provided.Especially with the technical online assistance received from the person karthikeyan. Where he attends and does not speak or cuts the call.

    @ACTFibernet I changed my plan on 2nd of January and it got changed. Previous plan was worth 10.5K and current plan is 6.5K.. My bill is due tomorrow but still the old bill amount is reflecting.. I contacted 3 times regarding this and no resolution yet.

    Pathetic Customer Service from @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore - For every single ticket they say the resolution will be done with in 24hrs, for tickets which are open since Oct-2019. Please be mindful that what you provide is what you receive back #CustomerExperience
