    @ACTFibernetHYD It's been 4 days, since my issue didn't get resolved. you made my WFH trouble. I raised ticket for relocating of my connection. No response, no calls and only I can see you people accepting new connection immediately. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I am facing lot problem of internet. This is in my son's name. Repeatedly requesting to recetify, but it is fallen on deaf ears, one of the worst worst internet I have seen. I can download a file in very good speed in idea sim atleast 200 kbps. Ac no 101113654712.

    @ACTFibernet @RohanOjha15 @ACTFibernet i guess you need to regret that you have worst customer service across world, i have given multiple complaints regarding your customer service and no action taken and yet am still waiting for the wifi which i paid for.

    @TsspdclCorporat Your maintenance team on road no 12 Banjara Hills main road has cut off some tree and now even my Internet is not working. This is absolute nonsense. Now you fix both my electricity and internet from @ACTFibernet ASAP. My work depends on both. And my family’s income depends on it

    Not able to contact customer care and if try to msg or chat this will be the problem as above. Worst service and connectivity from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. You can check my complaints that howmany times I have registered a complaint on internet connection and slow speed.

    @ACTFibernet why actfibernet take payment before verified network connection available or not . I paid 3k for new connection today technician come for connection he said this area no network box available so wait 7 to 8 day .. Whats joke .

    @ACTFibernet Took a connection 7 days back. Service has been down for 6 of them. No restoration in sight. They refuse to disconnect and refund the money either. Stay a million miles away from these scammers @chennaipolice_ needs to take strict action against such criminals

    @ACTFibernet Original resolution time was 10 am today. Now it is 9 pm. When I called at 8 am, your customer support guy said he will directly allow me to talk to escalation support at 10:30 am. Now when I called I was told that I cannot talk to anyone apart the support person. Shameless!!
