@ACTFibernet To whomever it may concern, 1) I've faced internet issue on 28th Dec 2022 and i raised a ticket at 9:30pm and it was resolved after 9 hours at 6:40pm. I had to take a full day leave as i couldn't work even for 5 mins bcoz of weak mobile network in my area.

@ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed. Had requested for a new connection. The man (Omer) came, "attached the wire" and left. There was a configuration issue. He said it'll take time. He requested that since I have a short use purpose, I could connect it manually, everytime.

But in between,they change the plan without intimation
