    @ACTFibernet you need to be very ashamed for the way you are treating your customer. I have made the payment twice already and still no signs of getting my connection back! your customer care number is totally useless and I'm stuck with u guys

    @ACTFibernet trying to change plan in the month of mid. But you said can't do that. And for 10 days we used only 100gb out of 1500gb. But you billed us half of the total bill. Very worst process and services.

    Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet it is simply not acceptable to wait for 24 hours to set right the broken connection in this age. You should be able to do it remote or atleast send some one to check if not immediately then within 1-2 hours. Raised last evening 7pm and still waiting

    @ACTFibernet Seens past 10 days I was unable to connect with an actfiber agent regarding act fiber box at resident my electric wave off 600 need to be reduce from plan amount but now there are saying from now onward it will update you need to wait for next 6 month for bill worst service
