    @ACTFibernet A/c No: 103016439756. We are using ACT Fibre for the past 5 to 6 years. Due to some personal issues we are not able to make the payment on due date this month. We are promptly paid every month on 1st or 2nd. We request your customer care to extend the time extension

    @ACTFibernet Please don't buy ACT. Very very very worst customer service that too in corporate connection that affects Business financially. They Closing the ticket with confirmation from customer multiple times and no visit and no Technical Support. Account No:103012380426

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been nearly 48 hours since a network outage happened and no one has even bothered to call and address the issue even after a ticket was raised. Even on the X post no one is bothered to respond or address the query.
