    @ACTFibernet finding issue only with Cisco webex meeting audio or video, even though only laptop connected to internet. Sometimes I unable hear them and some time others are unable to hear me. Channel setting already done as guided by your agent.

    @ACTFibernet SR10338180575757 : issue not resolved, same disconnection repeatedly happening everyday randomly. As of I observed while using zoom, jio cinema, WhatsApp, YouTube, zee5, Amazon Prime, Cisco webex.

    Worst customer service.. please go for Hathway or Jio. ACT is very poor in all aspects nowadays. Not only now even before I heard the service was poor. Had no other option and made a mistake subscribing to @ACTFibernet Hope @HathwayBrdband expands its feasibility to Perambur.

    @ACTFibernet Due to pandemic ,almost 100% people operating from home & during technical downtime , I am impressed to see your team require 24hrs to send a technician to fix local hub failure . Why the hell we would not look for better service provider than ACT ?
