I used @ACTFibernet and @Airtel_Presence and even @BSNLCorporate but @HathwayBrdband has one of "the" worst response time compared to all others ..@reliancegroup @reliancejio will correct these concerns

@ACTFibernet is a cheater internet service provider. I have paid Rs.5000.00 on 28.11.21 for advance subscriptions of A/c No.110635815428 but this connection is not installed yet(04.12.21). Sales Rep. Mr. Prakash Sahni (8448585687) was committed for same day installation.

This the way @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD react to the customer query after making then to wait for more than a week they just send a msg the your query has been closed without even solving it. This is highly unprofessional way to deal and harass the customer
