    I used @ACTFibernet and @Airtel_Presence and even @BSNLCorporate but @HathwayBrdband has one of "the" worst response time compared to all others ..@reliancegroup @reliancejio will correct these concerns

    @ACTFibernet Why doesn't actfiber care about their customers? I have been trying to get connection but they say there is no feasibility and can't install service switch for one customer. Isn't one customer not important? Didn't actfibernet start from 1 customer?

    @Riyazuddin555 @HiHyderabad @ACTFibernet That's what they are good at " Fooling their customers". Naam bade aur darshan chote hai ye log ke. When they were BEAM they were excellent but when they were taken by ACT they became worst in terms of providing service and resolutions.

    @ACTFibernet: you cudn't remove d junction box frm my place 4 more den a year.. I requested 4 reconnection frm else wher dat also u failed. I had no opt but disconnect permanently. Stop sending ne messages now. I m sick & tired of d worst customer service

    @Riyazuddin555 @HiHyderabad @ACTFibernet When the local CS don't respond, do raise ticket in their website. Go to Act website and find service or customer service. I had problems with Hathway 2 years back (now no issues) the local support responded very slow. If you raise ticket they have dead line to close it.
