    @ACTFibernet A/c No: 103016439756. We are using ACT Fibre for the past 5 to 6 years. Due to some personal issues we are not able to make the payment on due date this month. We are promptly paid every month on 1st or 2nd. We request your customer care to extend the time extension

    @ACTFibernet Deeply disappointed with the service. I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.

    @ACTFibernet , Internet is not working since Jan 18th, and SR10163953570144 not resolved yet. I had even given permission on Jan 21st itself to keep junction box at my home. Still the issue is not resolved. Not acceptable during this WFH and Online classes times.
