Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

But I couldn't reach out to their customer care. The nos. are not working. App has only faqs, no option to register complaint on billing.
