I surrendered the router on 6/8/20 and still not got refund of 6 months bill I paid upfront .. none of your numbers working or not being answered ..

I have deactivated my connection as you don’t offer services where I’ve gone to.. trying for refund of excess paid .. you wanted modem and router returned.. I scheduled a visit on sat 1/8/20.. no sign of pickup yet

I personally made an entry with your customer care 3-4 time today at starting they said like they are working on.

Made an complaint for internet not working yesterday(SR10357149945792) Still it was not resolved. No Engineer assigned for technical assistance & every time by customer care asking me 2 hrs time. After that also it was not resolved.

Still they not fixed my issue. Because of your worst service, I can't login for the day & missed my important meeting with my client.

When I call your team member, they don't pick up, and they didn't even register the request. Customer care says it was registered on May 6th, but I paid on May 3rd. If we don't pay for a single day, there's a disconnection, but it's been 5 days and I haven't gotten a resolution. I need compensation for the delayed days and the Firestick delivered today.

So monthly twice customer can remove devices and prime executives once in a month. So if any one facing this issue dont signout the login fromdevice reach out to amazon.
