@ACTFibernet Deeply disappointed with the service. I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.

@ACTFibernet I am not sure why it is taking 50+ hours just to get the hub repaired or replaced. I have no internet since 50+ hours. Even after repeated calls to customer care, nothing worked. Very bad methodology to take up complaints. I may have to go for disconnection.

@ACTFibernet inspite of two weeks of continuous follow up with customer care and the nodal officer, i am not getting the invoice. I have got a wrong amount. Nodal officer did nothing and the 4 tickets got closed without any resolution. Do you want me to continue with ACT?
