    @IamRajii @JioCare Network speed is average. Service is terrible. Disconnected mine after the first month. @ACTFibernet is miles ahead in terms of speed.

    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @ACTFibernet since yesterday in Idpl, Hyderabad we are facing an internet outage. I know an incident has occurred in Hyderabad due to which all the cables are removed on government order. When I contacted the technicians directly they said It may take 2-3 days (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet I have raised ticket yesterday as my internet was not working. Still issue has not been addressed. Noone contacted & no number given to contact the service agent also. Very worst service I have ever seen. 24 hours already passed & internet not restored yet. Pathetic.

    Want to know which is the worst wifi provider of all time? It's @ACTFibernet My wifi is not working for more than 2 days, I raised a complaint they said our person will come and repair it today but no one came. They are not even picking calls. Happened to me more than 7 times.
