    @airtelindia i have a new connection of airtel fiber which i installed on 25th july i have to change the plan in that one week passed by requesting me but till now my plan is not changed please help me i am very worried about this issue

    @airtelindia can't make any outgoing calls, even to customer care. Incoming calls are OK. So no network issue.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio please i requested to all my friends as well as my relatives stop using jio network service. Because they are not solving customer problem. I hate jio Helping center because they repeat same lines on every call. They are not telling the resolution date.

    @Airtel @airtelcare @airtelindia Fyi, i have already switched my personal number to other operator. Now, i have around 40 corporate numbers and you are not able to provide service on that too. We have written to airtel about replacement of 1 sim 2 mnths ago. No revert till now.

    @airtelindia I have requested many time to your company to solve my grievance but it's too unfortunate to inform that no one is entertaining even not replying. This behaviour/ service aren't accepted as a customer.

    It has taken 8 days to book the connection of airtel stream fiber. It took 8 days to install 1 connection, it is very useless service.@airtelindia @airtelnew

    @Airtel_Presence The issue was supposed closed by your technician that it is fixed permanently But hell no @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia all are frauds only Router keeps restarting 5-10 times a day Raised the issue 100 times and everytime someone comes touches wires and goes? WTH is going on?

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, if this is the level of service you're going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn't been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it's negligence.
