@vj_sparrow @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio True... Their IVR is nightmare and it's so much time wasting... And they don't work on customer complaints... They are paying bribe to Ookla or Govt dept to show fake Reports of Fastest4G. Coz in not a single speed test. I got speed above 10mbps in any area in Delhi NCR.

Because they lack teamwork and coordination. Their staff doesn't know consumer complaint history bcoz they don't share internally to work upon.
