In my office we switched from @airtelindia broadband to @reliancejio ,thought of better service and speed. But it is been 5 days my internet is down and they don’t have any answer, when it will be restored. Never had I faced such long disruption on airtel.

Giving up on @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wife and I cannot even call 121. We get ‘call failed’. Not able to make or receive calls. First complained via Twitter on 10Feb. Improved for a while. Again same problem. Calls, if at all, last for 1-2 secs. After that ‘call failed’.
