@airtelindia can’t wait for months for Bharti Airtel to address bill reconciliation issues. If there was an intent to address customers concerns it would have been done in these 15 days. Only promises to resolve and stopping calling services, is no way to address.

@airtelindia I registered a complaint of wrong billing to ex customer on 23-Nov-2020. After a hackathon of follow-ups with customer care and over email I received an email on 04-Dec that amount will be refunded max by 19-Dec, But even on 28-Dec it hasn't been done.
