    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what to say about airtel , as usual , your service always disappoints customers. I have registered almost 10 times for engineer's visit since started your airtel DTH service. Every time I have to pay 150 rupees.

    @Airtel_Presence This phone is Volte enabled set. Please check Asus_Z017DB @ASUS ! Whether @airtelindia LTE/Volte compatible with this set is or not, may be issue. Whether LTE/Volte is provided in my area or not. Apart from that please let me know how to win problems am facing in voice & date

    @airtelindia How's it feel when customer is paying bill before time and your team don't bother to resolve basic issue even after 1 month. Your marketing gimmick will work only to bring the customer to you. Holding them depends on the ground team not Airtel girl @Airtel_Presence

    Aap @airtelindia ki chronology samajhiye. Don’t send hard copy of bills-> start automated calls to the customer after missing the due date coz bill wasn’t sent-> customer will request for bill -> @airtelindia will say “ we will help you” -> Dur date miss -> include late fees now.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service engineer called me , discussed the issue and he said to pay charge. I again repeat , I will not pay now a single rupee. Last month on 1st january I paid 150 for engineer visit.

    @airtelindia 1. Rs. 10 recharge is not working on 4G handset 2. Incoming is not working without any pack but initially sim was with lifetime incoming. Totally customer harrasment policy. #recharge

    @pradipt have been waiting since 29th Jan 21 for my FASTag and my complaints for delay since 22nd Feb 21 has been unanswered. A call to 400 mostly results in “please call back later”.Not sure if Airtel is equipped to handle customers.Can anyone help? @airtelindia @airtelpayment1
