Jio is right, its recharge got finished 2 months ago, still call OTP comes. Jio 5G also runs unlimited.

The Airtel app have bugs and generating wrong dates invoice. I tried reaching customer care but chat bot was designed in such a way where customer suffers.

There are poor network, call drops. The authorities should legally stop these cheats from upgrading unless they provide decent basic services.
