    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The Worst connectivity,call drop is common.Mnthly plan is too high as per othr netwrk services.1st they provided 5gb data per month then after raising complaint they provided 20gb etc for only six months, worst cstmr supprt. Highly disappointed.

    @reliancejio & @airtelindia It's ridiculous, today no expected internet signal coming in my Office. Day by day your internet speed is becoming as cheap as GPRS. Same is likely most of the places in Delhi NCR. Need not to claim you provide best speed among all operators.

    @adityapandya @airtelindia Here is a situation. I am on a plan of ₹1500 for 100 mbps. There is a new plan of ₹1000 for 150 mbps. This is for @ACTFibernet. Now I can’t change this plan on customer care or app. I have to beg executives to help me. 4 months, it hasn’t changed.

    I applied for a new @airtelindia new Broadband connection two weeks back. No one cares or is bothered to install it, esp for a high ARPU product. Sometimes I believe it isn’t the demand that has gone down but it’s inefficiency and ethics that’s lost for telcos post Jio.

    @Airtel_Presence I think @airtelindia is taking its customer for granted. A week ago I requested to transfer my landline connection to noida frm delhi. They assured me to install it by sep 2. This was the max time given by airtel but to no avail. You are taking ur customer for a ride.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence u ppl don't even like to give a response on complaint also after 8 day of complaint. Now by own I found that the wire is break. Atleast now also u can send service engineer to come and put the wire and restore my line. Now some ground response.
