@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence WiFi down since forever, now the connection is lost. customer care doesn’t respond. Local technician never respond besides the connection day where he assured me 100% service and to call if any problem. No process to raise complain in app. Wth!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Many times I have reported issue with your CS team (Pune) from 12-15 months (Pin: 411041). As issue is with network, then you should take action for network issue (ie. tower/HW/SW upgrade), your demand for Airtel and alternate number is less important in this case.
