    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was recharge my mobile from shopkeeper. 8527533154. But by mistake another number are recharged. That’s amount are 399 Number is (96189 39735 ) that was wrong number and correct number is 8527533154. Plese help me date is 29/06/2020

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia xstream fiber apps needs work on 1) give owner an option to block unwanted devices on network 2) devices which connected momentarily kept on showing even after non usage, this creates confusion.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can u please tell, when customer doesn't pay bill or gets delayed there broadband services are barred, but when account is running fine and your service gets disrupted time to time and customer don't get full service.

    @airtelindia such a poor customer service. No option to raise request from app. Not sure where you are claiming to raise requests. Tried speaking to you crcutive bit callgets disconnected after IVR options. Really need some drastic change in your customer service.

    @airtelindia On my number the out going and incoming calls will get automatically silent and there will no any voice coming from both sides after taking for sometime. This happen on Jio netwrk and also from Jio netwrk the call is not connecting. This issue is from long time.

    @airtelindia WiFi not working since 11 am, 121 is not reachable, have called 3-4 service engineers of yours, each one passing the buck to other. Can you guys arrange someone to address the complain immediately, last 4 hrs am just trying to connect threads

    @airtelindia Useless set top box, never make the mistake of upgrading if you have a 4K tv. HDR is compulsory pushed and the picture quality is pathetic. Nobody gives a damn for the customer at airtel DTH.
