    @airtelindia - You charge premium money for internet and give pathetic speed and network. Services sucks, other that swtich off and restart your executives have no other solutions. fibre will take 5 more years to come in delhi NCR ?

    @airtelindia airtel digitel services is very bad settop box changes every 15 days or months and diffrent the settop box price customer cost 150 and staff visit cost 350 its totaly fraud

    @gopalvittal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its pathetic that Airtel starts a new Airtel1 plan and after 2 months cant organize 1 Bill payment. I hv made 3 complaints, Customer Care assures of correction in 72 hrs but keep billing me extra amt. It's disgusting +call drops etc.

    Heyy @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today is 30th july and my sim is deactivated from 8 july your customer service is not even replying my DM's you have such a pathetic customer service no one is answering. They just reply we are working on it pathetic.

    @JioCare @reliancejio if i recharge for a year atleast i should get minimum 30000 non jio mins. Look into this on priority otherwise i will shift to other network who provides everything unlimited in a pack. I m a very premium customer u can see my recharge history. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence One of worst service I have ever used.. Trying to change my plan from past 2 months...but no help.. I'm paying 2000 /month for just 40mbps.. And even that I get only 25-30 mbps... Highly Not Recommended To Anyone.. #POORAIRTEL #worstairtel

    @airtelindia I have a 200mbps broadband connection for the last 2 years and your company has not even bothered to change/ upgrade the router. Repeated request to your technical guys has not yielded any results. Ur app also does not give an option to register the complaint.

    @tataplayfiber Pathetic internet connectivity. Even after multiple complaints you guys have no intent in resolving. Had moved out of Airtel. @airtelindia will be back using Airtel Fibre. @tataplayfiber you guys have nice time not resolving customer complaints.

    @airtelindia Surprisingly I got yet another call today morning asking for same transaction details/verification that I have been giving them almost everyday since 14/5/22. Seems Customer services are totally dysfunctional. Pathetic state of affairs.
