    Till yday I used @airtelindia as only #telco for last 10 years with 3 #postpaid, #Boardband & #DTH. I opted out BB & DTH, becoz sub Std. service with low BB Speeds, offlines & zero value for money.I m a small cust, but u guys need revamp ASAP to compete & not losing cust. #bye

The network vanishes everyday at around 9.30-10 PM and reappears at 8 in the morning. You guys are not even concerned on sending someone to the area and getting it checked!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an airtel number and it's impossible to make an outgoing call from it. Also when I try to call it from another number it takes forever to get connected. What is wrong with your network? Do I need to switch my network or will you fix the issues
