    @airtelindia Have done so many times, it's been years now that this problem persists but always there is a new excuse, why the bills are being send.. stop that also.. service doesn't matter but bills should be paid on time, whats the compensation on failure in service. Pathetic NW & services

    @airtelindia I've been trying to reach DTH issues from last 4 daya. The customer services really sucks. Just because of this, DTH services are now barred on my connection. Similar attitude from Airtel forced me to discontinue with ONE connection, couple of months back.

    @airtelindia I understand your call centres are not operational however can you please ensure that people use your app to buy extra data packs do get the service. Subscribed since yesterday but still not activated.

    @airtelindia AirtelThanks app is unable to help me with promised broadband speed... kindly suggest further... I have purchased smartbytes at higher data rate to get the 40 MBPS speed, in case you are unable to support the promised speed, feel free to refund the charges for smartbytes

    @VodafoneIN what are you guys upto. Net is not working at all. It has gone worst. Dnt give an excuse of resource limitation. @airtelindia is also working with limited resource but their service is still best.

    Airtel i am not able to use internet in lucknow since 3 days worst internet speed ever experience. what are you doing to the network . Worst telecom company & network i have ever seen . And I have made complained too and action is not being taken.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
