    @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care exp. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I felt harassment when I was requesting your senior executive to disconnect my Airtel Fibre Network as it is intermittent malfunctioning. She disconnected my call in between.I didn't misbehaved 😡..

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel Team, My Airtel service were stop on 10th of August. After that I got a new sim card with the same number from Airtel store. But after that I am facing many problems in calling and internet service also. Voice breaking in calling , 4G also not working .

    @airtelindia Complaint against unable to use internet on our postpaid plan since March,2022. Ticket id- 31-4026330176778. Already registered many complaints to the Airtel Customer care, still not getting redressal.They only directed us to wait further 15-20 days.

    I have raised a request on 4th of July for broadband relocation to @AirtelBusiness team, mailed the same to the concerned team. After multiple calls and follow ups I haven't received any call back or solution from @airtelindia business team. Very ****** sevice and support.
