    I have been a regular customer of @airtelindia for last 7 years, I never had such bad experience which is convincing enough to push me to change my mind. Their employees are proactive to do their sales, once done they won’t even pick your calls morover they start to disconnect.

Because your whole idea of looting a customer and mentally harassing just for a minor issue is too much. Even your support staff are not well equipped to resolve the issue
