Wtf is goin on... Firstly I can't connect to my bank @digibank , secondly they can't call me back. And if I call them , i was charged approx 5rs/min extra insted of having an unlimited plan by @airtelindia. Why are these organisations at top when there customer care sucks. 🙃

@Airtel_Presence I have paid for a problem in my DTH in July end & the technician took a good amt of money for part replacements. Now the same problem is coming since a week. I m not going to pay again for the visit again. Stop ripping You gotta help me. @airtelindia @MIB_India

@airtelindia Your airtel branch staffs in EOK are very rude, they don't solve the problems of the customer, instead they create more problems.I visited there to Remove Airtel black plan. They took my payment and saying me to do recharge of more 20 rupees instead of giving change.

It is very poor on the part of @airtelindia not to have any proper system to collect and dispose electronic waste. The unused dth set top boxes are left with the customer after account disconnection to throw them into garbage. Clearly this is against CSR.

The reason their backend team gave me is that I moved from Corporate to Retail within Airtel. I have moved a few other number in the same manner on the same date. They all got ported easily. Something is definitely fishy here. Help! @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
