    Aap @airtelindia ki chronology samajhiye. Don’t send hard copy of bills-> start automated calls to the customer after missing the due date coz bill wasn’t sent-> customer will request for bill -> @airtelindia will say “ we will help you” -> Dur date miss -> include late fees now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What happened to the Airtel I knew before. What happened to the Airtel that I was proud of. I use to show off to my colleagues in Dubai that how good Airtel is in India. Now, in Delhi can't even get the network at home, malls, restaurants, etc. SAD🥺
