    @airtelindia Strangely Airtel decides to magically stop my postpaid sim which I have using for over 6 years. My payments r up-to-date. In Airtel app sim is shown activated but more than 24hrs no network has come. No option to call customer support team. Horrific @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @therealkapildev Really pathetic experience. like 20 years back i m struggling with some government sector people. I raised a complaint to check my set top box and remote which they promised to resolve in 24 hours. Not even a single lazy staff thought of giving a call back.

    Been @airtelindia landline customer for last 11 years raised fiber request in december 2021 got duped from your service representative. 121 executive don't even bother to solve the problem such irresponsible behaviour was not expected from company like @airtelindia
