    @JioCare Hi Jio Team I want to share bad experience from jio fibre due to non availability of raising request of relocate fibre, It should be done through customer care also,customer need 2 call than jio team contact him collect KYC docs and resolve like airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am your customer since 4 year my Airtel no is 8791148822 3rd class network in Meerut UP. Internet service is shut down anytime the network goes away and if someone calls, the network switch off and the call is cut off anytime while talking

    @Airtel_Presence This is beyond frustrating. My WiFi hasn’t worked for 7 DAYS. Tried calling customer care multiple times,calls don’t even connect. When they finally do, it’s always “we are upgrading our system.” Seriously? Fix this ASAP or disconnect the service. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Frist of all please accept my congratulations on developing this magnificent technology that detects that something is wrong with my WiFi connection. Can you please also do something about fixing the damn thing. It's been 2 days, i get a rotating loop of 6 hours as a estimated time to restore my connectivity. Also I am not able to raise a complaint either on 121 or via the app thanks no doubt to your excellent detection skills.

    Extremely frustrated with the pathetic service. It’s been 24+ days—no installation and NO REFUND despite multiple requests. @JioCare You take the money but disappear when it comes to service. This is unacceptable. Save yourself the heada.che and go for @airtelindia instead.
